Recently my Fiancé and I had his brand new 2021 Toyota Supra wrapped by Tiger Wraps, and we could not have been any more disappointed in the horrible quality of their craftsmen-ship, and lack of professionalism. The same day he called to inquire about the wrap(08-16-2021), the receptionist asked him to come by to pick out the material from swatches they had available and pay a 50% deposit to get on the schedule for (08-27-2021)...Literally within an hour of him leaving she called him to inform him the color he selected was no longer available and was on back order. Originally, they had told him it would be done within four days worst case, but on day two(09-28-2021) the receptionist sent us a photo of the car totally un worked on, despite him dropping it off the day prior to when he was on the schedule... to explain that they did not want to remove the plastic protection which came on the car(since it was brand new), and instead wanted to wrap over it leaving a massive crease in the middle of the hood.. But don't worry, she claimed it would still look good "from a few feet back". When he asked her to remove the PPF, which should have been done regardless or at least discussed when he dropped the car off, they tried to charge a fee to have it taken off. On day six, when the car was supposedly ready, we showed up to a rushed and incomplete wrap with multiple air bubbles, and imperfections. The fender Wells were not fully wrapped and the original color was poking out in more than a dozen places. Upon pointing out the significant imperfections, Brooke immediately starts belittling my Fiancé, asking him "so are you saying this is a shit job" to which he responded "It's definitely not what I expected"... Brook immediately told his contractor to stop working and continued to state that we know nothing about wrapping cars, or color changes. All while knowing my boyfriends grandfather was in the hospital in surgery with kidney failure. Brooke proceeded to blame my boyfriends personal situation as the reason he was unhappy with the wrap, and further continues to assert there's nothing wrong with the wrap. Well one of his technicians assured us he would fix the problems by the following day. We finally get the car on day 7 only to discover the car wasn't re-assembled properly. The trunk wouldn't close, the front bumper and door panels were no longer flush, the rocker panel was scratched, the tail lights were improperly installed, a plastic piece on the roof/trunk was and still is loose, the pillars near the windshield were scratched, the passenger door was chipped, and the worst part is the 4,000$ driver assistance package (which includes lane assist, active cruise control, and collision warning) was disabled. So we immediately contacted Brooke who told us to drop the car back off while he wasn't even there, and the mechanic would take care of it. Come to find out their only "mechanic" isn't even out of high school, and all the contractors who disassembled the car were uncertified technicians who had no business disassembling, or removing any parts on a brand new Supra. Finally, on day 10(10-06-2021)Brooke assured him the car was ready again, including all of the issues that needed to be fixed. Unfortunately this wasn't the case, the car still wasn't assembled properly and when we pointed out our disappointment in the over all quality of the work, the store owner brought out his entire staff to argue on his behalf. All we wanted was a refund, especially for the warrenty we paid for, which we will never use with them. Because who in their right mind would leave their car there again after being verbally attacked, and knowing that the owner disliked him(which he stated on record). Later that day after we drove off, Brooke agreed to give us 50% off, but we don't think that we deserve to pay for their mistakes/damages they caused and requested full reimbursement and that they take accountability for their mistakes. He has since ignored his messages and requests for any kind of reimbursement, and at this point we've acquired legal resources to resolve this matter. I would highly recommend going with a business that is BBB accredited, as this one is not. It's too much to write on Yelp so here's a link to the google review. It will also be in the photo section. Tiger Wraps did exactly what I wanted. I can't stop looking at my truck. There are a few minor imperfections here and there but nothing I can't live with. I called Tiger Wraps on Feb 8, I explained over the phone that I was trying to do a "Chrome Delete" on my 2017 Silverado. They had me send in a few pictures of the vehicle as well as a brief description of what it was that I was wanting to do. I immediately received an email back giving me a quote of $180. I called back and scheduled an appointment for the following week (Feb 15). They collected $90 (50% of the total) up front to reserve the appointment. I was told that the job would take about 3 hours. I dropped my truck off at 9am (Friday). I was told that I would have to pick up my truck on Monday. After speaking with another employee, she assured me that my truck would be done by 12-1pm that same day. I was able to pick up my truck at 4:30pm. At the end of the day, my truck looks great... from a distance. It's definitely a little rushed looking when you get close but I'm happy with the results. The staff was very courteous and seemed to listen to exactly what I wanted done. The price and time it took to complete the job was well worth it. It saved me the headache of doing it myself. I would recommend Tiger Wraps to anyone looking to get vinyl put on their vehicle. read more

We recently had our company trailer done here and I'm super disappointed. The wrap was supposed to be in flat charcoal grey from the beginning this was communicated. Also the prior wrap is to be removed so there's no images that bleed through the new wrap. The old wrap was taken off, on 3 sides............not the 4th. So the whole front the letters are visible through the new wrap. Also, I learned something new- flat charcoal grey is a color, not a finish.......at least according to the experts. Over 4K for what should be a top quality wrap, and sorely disappointed in not just the result, but the complete lack of professionalism when the issues were brought to light. Just a simple dismissive- you signed the contract. What a shameful way to run a business- just awful. read more

All I can say is WOW. This facility is very impressive. Melinda was nice enough to show me around and wow did they have all the cool toys and equipment to get anything done. I've seen a lot of impressive wraps, but man this place is top notch. I was able to see all of the vehicles they were working on, and yes, they were busy, but set a time up to get me in and work on my Red Camaro SS. They installed side graphics to match my carbon stripes on the hood. They went the extra mile and put lettering over the side stripes, and went above and beyond what I expected. I'm bringing my other vehicle over as soon as I can to have them work their magic on it. All I can say is I would give them 10 Stars if I could! Thank you! read more

I definitely want to say customer service has been phenomenal. They have wrapped all my cars in the past. The warranty they provide is 100% Worth it. I took my car to them this past week to get the wrap fixed on the front due to tearing in the wrap. They looked over my car told me no problem grabbed my keys and car was done in a couple days. One thing that really impressed me that my driver door handle had the wrap peeled back just a little because someone opened their door onto my car which of course isn't tiger wraps fault. I got my car back to the apartment looked over everything again and noticed they changed that piece at no charge. They literally just changed it without question. That to me is worth what tiger charges and greatly appreciated what they do. read more

I am a regional manager for a moving company and we recently had 13 twenty-six foot box trucks wrapped. Honestly from a commercial experience it is rare that you ever find partners that truly know how to provide excellent service. They did a fantastic job on every truck with very little involvement from me. They were flexible when our trucks didn't come in at the time we told them they would. They completed our trucks quickly once received them and also completed some in one day to meet our needs. All while doing it to perfection. Honestly if you need your vehicle wrapped for personal or commercial use, you can't find better quality. They stand by their work and go above and beyond expectations. read more

Do not go here! Customer service is not in their vocabulary as well as getting the job done. 6 weeks into paying them I have not received any updated artwork. No communication what so ever, they don't respond! In the process you may have to go through several proofs and the artists take 2 weeks for each proof. It could take you months even before you approve any proof and then weeks wait to get it installed. If you have a few months to waste have at it. When I asked how long the process takes I was told it was up to me in approving proofs. Well if I could get them to do it maybe it would get done. I even gave the artwork with layout to artist all they needed to do is move some thing around and resize, a 10 minute job for any graphic artist Even after several unanswered emails with artist I decided to call the owner, they took my info and I never heard back. Will be asking for a refund and going elsewhere. Very unprofessional business. Any business owner should be outraged that their employees are taking more than 2 weeks to respond to customers should be concerned their employees are not efficient and costing them money. If jobs are not finished owner doesn't get paid. read more
