The flowers were beautiful, costs were just a fraction of what it would cost to have a florist procure them and put them together. We had no idea, as to "our" budget, except it was given to us our wedding gift. My paternal aunt purchased, all of our wedding flowers here and placed together by family, with love. We were there, bright and early and got best quality flowers. It was day or two, before they would be used. They must be preserved, freshly and kept them inside my bathroom, in dark, cold room & cranked up AC. All of it was placed in bathtub for hydration.

First the website mentions parking on the roof and we could not find this parking. There was an area blocked off, but it didn't say full. It was just blocked off and the only reason I suspect that was their parking lot is because the exit was still open. So I had to pay for $10 across the street. Yes we could have found street parking further away, but I was already frustrated not having found their lot and my partner was just like I'll just pay. Let's just go across the street. Next even though it is mentioned on the website (I don't remember seeing it despite looking at the website multiple times) and there was a $2 entrance fee. what am I paying $2 for? Why am I paying $2 to shop and spend more money? I'm sorry just on the way there as we got closer, there are so many flower shops around the mart so I don't see why you wouldn't just go to one of those and get your flowers without having to pay an additional fee. So now, we are already $14 out-of-pocket and we havent done anything but try to park and step inside. We get inside we look around and I honestly did not find the prices to be that different from a farmers market perhaps a slightly bigger bouquet, or a couple of dollars cheaper, but there was nothing that was like ooh, this is a great deal. We ended up buying a large bouquet of lilies for $25. There is a stall in the back that had what I would consider actually good price prices. Five stems for $10 and a big bushel of another kind of flower for $6. We got those as well. My partner also really liked the plant guy and bought a plant from him from $20. Now here is where I really will not be back. I stopped at a stall called Choice America. I saw a really pretty set of mum's and asked how much they were & was told $10. The guy helping me then confirmed that they were $10 with somebody else. He then went on to say that one with eight stems was a higher price that I don't remember because I knew I wasn't getting that.When I got to the counter to actually pay, the woman was going back-and-forth with another customer about some order. They both seemed equally frustrated. Why is this important?.. because when it was my time to pay she said $10. I handed her a $20 bill. She opens the register and pulls out a five and some ones throws up her hands. I deduced that already being frustrated this is just one more thing on top as she doesnt have enough change to give me and instead turns to me and says $12.50. I kind of stumble and I say for what... tax or something? and she goes yeah tax clearly lying! Even if they did charge tax, which no other stall did, sales tax in Los Angeles on $10 it's not $12.50. The unfortunate problem is that I am black and I am not afforded the luxury to say something back because then I'm seeing as an angry black woman, have the police called on me not being believed etc. etc. so I just have to bite the bullet and get scammed and ripped off of my money. My partner and I both agree that it was not worth the hassle to go, but he really wants to take me to the restaurant across the street so we would go back to the plant guy and we would go back to the stall in the back but even those are BIG IFS as neither of us has any desire to ever go back to the Flower Mart. I feel like overall. The whole place is a money grab, you should save your money and go to your local farmers market or visit one of the many other vendors that were around the area without having to pay an admission fee to even buy flowers. Or better yet be bold like the elderly lady who accosted us as we were leaving and asked "are you all done in there can I have your sticker?" I was already too flustered to even recognize what she was asking till after my partner happily handed his over.

On the day of the service, we went to the cemetery and when we arrived, we noticed our specific arrangements ordered from this place were thrown on the ground and broken, with roses out of place and in the ground, while the other arrangements from other shops were nicely placed and displayed. as a grieving family, you would want everything to go as plan, smooth and beautiful, as appreciation for your loved one. My husband called Gladys, and spoke to him and said that the arrangements were placed at the gravesite, but yet when she sent the pictures, it was no where near our grandbaby's site. Very disappointed that after talking with her, she was adiment that it was not her delivery workers but instead blamed it on Rose Hills. My husband all he wanted from Gladys and the flower shop to take responsibility for the misdelivered of the flowers arrangements and destruction. Please do not place your orders with this shop, unless you want these arrangements destroyed.

Little Tokyo Florist at first quoted a higher price than I was expecting, but was able to lower the price and include as many orchids as possible within my budget. It turned out that a lot of orchids fit within the budget! The design of the spray was very beautiful, as I expected from photos of her work on Yelp. Delivery was $40 and the spray was $300, not including tax. After tax the total was $373.15. The flowers lasted a long time after the service, so we definitely got some fresh flowers.

If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and cannot recommend their services. I was initially referred by a friend who worked with Diana and praised her professionalism. After speaking with Diana and building trust, I decided to move forward with the company solely because of her. Over the course of a year, all communication--emails, phone calls, and meetings--was exclusively with Diana. Four months before my wedding, I discovered she was no longer with the company. They failed to inform me, and I only found out after reaching out about pricing inquiries for my morning bridal day florals. Feeling uncomfortable with their lack of transparency and professionalism, I hired Diana independently as my planner and attempted to coordinate with the company for florals. Scheduling meetings became difficult, responses were delayed, and I learned my designer would no longer be present at my wedding as initially agreed. Instead, they planned to assist virtually, which was unacceptable. Given these inconsistencies and broken agreements, I requested a refund of my deposit, which their website states is fully refundable up to 30 days before the event. Initially, they refused, forcing me to involve legal assistance before they finally issued the refund. Their staff was rude and dismissive when I went to collect the deposit, and I never received an apology for the inconvenience and stress caused right before my wedding. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unreasonable pricing ($16,500 for minimal flowers, half of which were artificial) made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. read more

Disheartened over not being able to bring flowers in person to my daughter on her birthday due to the pandemic, I was pleased to find Floral N5 online with their array of gorgeous arrangements. I cannot rave enough, how helpful and patient they were with me, suggesting and substituting some flowers for others to customize a beautiful bouquet I liked but preferred in a softer color scheme. Their delivery was prompt and on-time as promised, and to say that my daughter was thrilled and delighted is an understatement! She could not stop raving about them - from the 'presentation' (wrapping and arrangement) to how fresh and beautiful they were, with a heavenly scent that wafts through the whole house! Today is Day 3 and they are still as fresh, beautiful and wonderful-smelling as the first day! She says the photos she sent me don't even do them justice - they look even more spectacular in person! I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate how far they exceeded my expectations in every way - from the flowers themselves to the ordering experience and delivery! Originally when I placed the order on their site, I had chose a date in the future (a week out) but they delivered it the next day after I placed the ordered. Thank god I happen to be outside of the house and was able to let the guy know. 2. They are expensive. The prices on their sites are not what the pics looks like. You have to choose the most expensive option to get those. I paid around $350 which for the same size/arrangements, could have gotten something a lot bigger elsewhere. read more

Ordered these for mom's bday and she loved them! She wanted me to call and thank Floral N5 for the "gorgeous bouquet". "It smells divine and she has no idea how they wove the stems together." She's not easily impressed but these impressed her and days later she's still talking about them!!!! I like to order local so whenever it's her birthday or another occasion, I jump on yelp and search for florists in her area. Then I go to their websites and look at all the offerings.
