Yummy boba place in Richfield. Always great music and chill vibe at Tii Cup. Tthis particular location has swings to use while you wait which is fun. Options to order in person or on a tablet. We ordered brown sugar boba tea and it was very yummy! I ordered on the tablet so no real interaction with staff but they seemed nice enough. I'll be back when in the area.

I took my daughters to Tii Cup for the first time over spring break and we loved it! They got the strawberry icii and the dragonfruit motiito. I got the mango icii and they were all delicious. They also got the berry bubble waffles. This is the way to eat waffles. The bubbles make it really crispy and you don't need a fork. They serve them as a cone with a cardboard wrap around them. The lady that helped us said she wasn't sure if the waffle maker was working but would refund us if it wasn't. It worked! While we waited the girls got to sit on the swings they have in the store. It is decorated really cute and fun to swing.

This place is so cute! They've added swings to sit. We love bubble tea and their street food. It's the usual fried tofu, popcorn chicken and calamari. Lots of parking in the front since it's located in the shopping area. Service is usually pretty quick if you're just ordering drinks, otherwise 5+ minutes for food.

Just stopped here with my kids for an after dinner treat. We wanted a bubble waffle but were disappointed their waffle machine was broken. We opted for an Oreo shaved ice instead and it was the worst rendition on shaved ice we have ever had! The shaved ice "shaving" was terrible, the texture was bad. And on top just a jumbled mush of Oreo mess. Felt totally ripped off paying $10 for this. My kids ate the Oreos on top and we ditched the rest. Haven't tried anything else here so hopefully other things on the menu are better than what we had.

I ordered the spicy chicken, bubble waffle, and milk tea. The day I went, they had a power outage in half the shop, so the POS system was down, and so were some of the machines. It took the staff on duty a loooong while (I waited about 25min to order) to let me know that I could order online and pay that way. Someone had come in for a pick up order and she started making it. About ten minutes later she suggested I do the same.. Onto the food/drinks. The bubble waffle was mediocre. Bubble waffles usually have a sweet batter, this just tasted like unsweetened batter without a nice crunch on the outside and chewiness on the inside. Was very disappointed. The boba was fine. Nothing crazy, not bad, not amazing in terms of flavor. Boba wasn't up to my preference of chewiness. The chicken was great, the spiciness, flavor, and crunch compensates for the rest of the items I ordered, and maybe even the wait.

Was craving some boba and wanted to try a new spot and I came across this spot. I didn't really know what to expect but love the variety in the menu & love how they have other options other than boba! I got the Ube Twister (the large with pearls was $8 - inflation is real) and honestly wasn't my favorite but still good! But their garlic Taiwanese popcorn chicken was 100000/10!!! It was fresh, hot, and literally popping with flavor. I would come here again just for this. The bubble waffle was okay - it was airy, sweet and fresh, but don't think I would get it again. I am super excited to try the shaved ice in the summer! As someone who has been looking for some Asian shaved ice, I'm so happy to find a spot!!

I am obsessed with Tii Cup. They are locally owned and only in MN. Every time I travel and drink boba elsewhere I always want to come back to a MN favorite. The Richfield location is my favorite, I love walking here during lunch. My favorite drink is Jasmine Milk Tea snow with Boba and herbal jelly. The tea is fragrant, not too sweet, flavorful and the boba is always cooked perfectly. The special thing about this location is that they serve Taiwanese street food, my go to is the popcorn chicken- you get a choice of original, spicy, garlic, curry or Cajun- I always get a mix of the garlic and spicy, have yet to try the other flavors. Be forewarned, spicy is actually spicy, so ask for less spicy if you just want a kick. It comes in a paper bag, similar to what one would get when ordering mini donuts but with popcorn chicken, 2 skewers to jab a piece of chicken with. I always ask for a little bag to put my chicken in so I can easily hold it, eat it while drinking my boba and walking. It's really meant to be the "street food" experience. There are 2 ways to order, at the kiosk or at the counter. There is a bar table along the window with chairs to sit, swings long one wall and a few tables closer to the back. Most usually take their boba and go. Additional tip, be sure to get a stamp card, once it's filled you're eligible for a free boba tea.

Recently found out there's a Tii cup opened in richfield only 7 mins away from work! Unlike the other locations, this place offer the street food menu (fried tofu, popcorn chicken, fried calamari) everyday and not just the weekend. Sometimes you just crave these street food/appetizer with a nice cold drink. They have these little swing seats inside which is nice to fun. They also have some tables and chairs outside as well. Got the fried tofu and popcorn chicken. They come original and also Spicy. We got both spicy and it's spicy but good. Original might be a little too plain since there's no sauce. The price is not bad for these actually. Ube Twister with Taro- I decided to add red bean toppings which was a big mistake. The red bean is good but it overpowered the drink since it was so sweet. I honestly only tasted the red bean for the most part. Recommend to either get tapioca or just drink it plain. I got the Ube Twister with taro and coconut before and I think that tasted better with the coconut. It brought a little more flavor with the coconut so recommend to get the taro+coconut flavor. But overall a nice unique newer flavor here. Golden Milk tea- bf got this and it was pretty good. Tasted like a signature milk tea at most places to me. Definitely will be back here often especially being so close to work now. Treat yourself after work.

So happy to find another location for Tiicup to get my fix for Bubble tea! I haven't tried any of their food items but they offer many many different flavors of tea, including the new Brown Sugar Bubble tea!! It seems they soak the boba(or as I call them "the bubs") in brown sugar syrup. It was very delicious. One thing that kept me from offering a fifth star, they were a little shy on the boba. I also love that they have swinging chairs!!

An exciting addition to Richfield! This was my second time trying this place, the first I walked out because there were 20+ people waiting for their drinks. I'd say the wait is the only negative thing about this place. Again, when I visited, people seemed to wait FOREVER for their drinks. I understand that these are handcrafted drinks, but it takes somehow 4 times as long as Starbucks. It also seems strange at the length of wait due to them having SO many staff working all the time. Now on to the good - I wasn't sure what to order when I first walked in, there are SO many choices. Sure, I've been to boba places before... but I'm always overwhelmed with the options. I was still not sure upon approaching the counter. I asked the order taker what was popular, and she helped me choose, and even let me taste their milk teas - SO GOOD! My drink was SUPER sweet, so make sure you're ready for that. I also think the jelly/tea ratio is off. For my taste, I'd like about 1/5 jellys, but this drink was more like 1/3 - way too much for the size of drink. This place is very convenient and the staff is quite pleasant and helpful - I'll be back.

I will forever give your store 1 star though it should be zero. There is no longer a mask requirement and yet your store does.

I used to live in the area and when the small coffee shop opened I was so exited to have that in our community and was happy to support them - even if some coffee beverages were top dollar. I was in the area today, and decided to stop in since I no longer live in the area and wanted to enjoy a good brew. Unfortunately, the experience I had left me leaving with a bitter taste in my mouth - and it wasn't from the coffee. I thought it goes without saying, but when a customer greets you, you should greet them back, not just stare. It would be even better if your staff would greet each customer first - make them feel welcome. Maybe I'm a millennial channeling boomer energy, but for years I'm noticing the customer service disappearing from a lot of businesses. I love that connection, but I'm understanding that some people see only a paycheck and skid by with minimal customer service and that is the new way. I don't plan to visit this establishment again. I wish the barista with star tattoos would have put in enough customer service energy that she did with her impeccable makeup.

First things first--the vibe is chef's kiss if you're into cozy, low-key, intentional spaces. It's quaint without trying too hard, and it doesn't have that loud, chaotic coffee shop energy. I was actually able to focus, which says a lot. Now what really sets this place apart? It's tucked inside Zawadi Center, and that matters. This isn't just a grab-your-drink-and-go type of café. You're surrounded by culture, community, and a space that feels like it means something. Between the event space, the restaurant, and the overall energy, it feels layered... like you accidentally found a hidden gem that locals want to keep to themselves. The refresher? Solid. Did what it needed to do. No complaints there. If I had to give a little Yelp Elite honesty: seating can be a bit limited depending on timing, and if you're someone who needs complete silence, this might not be your spot when it gets busier. It's more "focused but alive" than "library quiet." Overall, this is the kind of place you come to reset, get a little inspired, and maybe romanticize your life for a couple hours. Will I be back? Absolutely.
