Great atmosphere! The drinks were fantastic, and the staff were super nice! TiKi bar with a nice view of the river and no bugs!

I came by for the first time yesterday and left very happy. They had basically one server who was scrambling around by himself for like 10+ tables and he did an amazing job. He was friendly and got our drinks/order out fast too. You have to get the bacardi bucket drink if you go to start. The food was so fresh and delicious too. Def 10/10 would recommend!

I stopped by this Tiki Bar location, on Saturday afternoon, during memorial day weekend 2019. This seemed like a nice little spot to have some drinks. There was a nice breeze, live music playing, and a good group a people surrounding the area. I just went with having some beers, but their drink menu seemed cool, with their selections of mixed drinks, sangria deals, and bucket drinks. I enjoy beers in the daytime, on the weekends, so having some beers while around the beach front atmosphere is a perfect afternoon for me. This place is pretty cheap for the area too, as it is only $5 to $6 for a beer. The atmosphere is what makes this place so special, as you are literally having a drinks and viewing the beach and ocean background at the same time. Long Branch is a great spot to spend a weekend afternoon during the spring and summer months!

I have to say this place is a lot of fun. It's so casual and relaxed and the food is spot on. Another dog friendly restaurant which I love and they have a full bar. So far I have had wings the salad and the fish tacos and a cheeseburger. All of these items were very good. And they most always have live music it's another hidden gem. I highly recommend the spot you drink your drink and watch the boats go by

This is a hidden gem behind the Beachwalk Motel (formerly Fairbanks). They have a great outdoor deck that overlooks the Navisink and Shrewsbury rivers. Friday and Saturdays in the summer they have bands. We were there when Strictly 60s played and thought they were great. We ordered the Tuna Bites as an app and they were awesome. Perfectly cooked and portioned for about $8. The husband had a Turkey burger with chips, good and juicy for $8 and I had a BLT also with chips. $4 bud light limes and a $8 Long Island Ice Tea made this a great stop on the way home. We will return for happy hour 3-6 daily another time. For those of you boaters there is a "Dock N Dine" option.

Setting is great, but I guess by the mapped location, anyone would assume that. The food was good. I only ordered fish tacos. Beer battered cod with pico de gallo (seasoned chopped tomatoes and cilantro) and red cabbage. I happen to like red cabbage so it was cool. Some people find it bitter. There were 3 tacos for $9.95- one more than a local Mexican place I go to eat the same thing. The fish did not taste greasy, and the outside was crisp. The tacos were made with flour tortillas. The rum punch was $9! Oh my gosh. But it was good. I'll suggest this on date night. Although- on second thought- I'll have to say date afternoon. When I got here there were 2 open tables, understanding that I was a party of one, the hostess said over an hour for a table. I guess she didn't want me taking up space. It's okay, I understand I guess. Although there were people (two parties of 3, that walked in off the street, past the hostess, and sat right down) in retrospect, I'll ignore her too I guess. Anyway- I sat inside, doors opened, but in the air conditioning It's all good I'd go back. :)

Super casual, but great atmosphere. Food isn't fancy, but it's tasty. Great views and love music.

We stayed at the Beach Walk for a week. It was my best friends wedding. The Tiki Bar was my saving grace. COFFEE when I needed it most. Breakfast was simple, delicious and perfect. Drinks were strong and reasonable. And the waitress, LB aka Lori Beth, is freaking AWESOME! Get breakfast and bloody Mary's Wednesday-Saturday and she'll be there! Also, I highly recommend her favorite... Blueberries with French toast and the sausage patties

My wife and I had a reservation at the Ocean Place that got screwed up so we found this place at 9 at night. Didn't see much when we got in and just seemed to be a roadside motel. What a surprise in the morning. A nice little tiki bar on the river to the rear with both ocean and river view if you get a 2nd floor room. A basic room with no frills but clean. Great spot for day time beach and pool we really liked it!!

Maybe I misunderstood the description, but I expected the Creole flavors to come through more. Instead, the dish tasted heavily of tomato and seemed to be missing some of the additional seasonings I was expecting. The orzo was also overcooked, which made it very soft and easy to break apart. That said, the lobster bisque was absolutely divine, and the fries were perfectly crunchy. Despite my meal not being my favorite, the restaurant itself is beautiful. It was pouring outside during my visit, but the waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, which definitely added to the experience. I would still love to return and try some of the other items on the menu. I especially want to experience their outdoor seating--it looks absolutely gorgeous with the lighting! Overall, it's a beautiful restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, and I'm looking forward to giving it another try.

Caught immediately after shedding, the entire crab can be eaten...shell and all. They offer an intensely sweet, rich flavor and a delicate, crispy texture when cooked). My go-to appetizer is always the Grilled Cauliflower (Topped with tomato pesto, quinoa, and wild rice blend). The crispness of the cauliflower....brushed through the surrounding ingredients.....makes this the perfect starter. Most recently, my older daughter, after college, married a young man from Long Island and moved there. My son-in-law and I have a friendly banter regarding who has the better seafood. They visited for the week and prior to them heading back to LI, I recommended going out to Bahrs, before they get on the parkway...easy and to prove my point, who has the better seafood...well, needless to say...my point was mute. First, let me set the stage, it's 4 adults and 3 children (7,5,3)....ordered steamers, mug of NE chowder, calamari, Caesar salad, linguine w/clam, kids cheese burger, pasta with butter, side of meatballs, fried founder and a Lava cake (baby girls bday-they were out of) replace it with a couple of scoops of ice cream...with a candle (best part). Mug of Chowder- $13 came out cold Caesar Salad- $15 couple of pieces of romaine, wishbone is a better dressing Linguine w/clam- $29 sauce was so think, uneatable (gave enough clams) still couldn't eat it Calamari- $17, only rings and rubbery, Costco has better frozen Kids cheeseburgers- $14.50 each, 4oz burgers It was a slider at best...no taste Pasta with butter- $14.50 dry, forgot the butter Steamers- $27....sandy and rubbery What has happened to this place...staff is summer help...inexperienced...it's not the fault of the help, it's the fault of the owners and management. For the record, we didn't complain to our waitress..it's not her fault. We tip her 25%, (my children worked locally, during the summers, not at Bahrs) Bill was over $300 with drinks...I'd rather spend that where I can get quality. There are many more options...guessing location plays a part...but, I'm a local and not a tourist. Sorry Bahrs, not returning......
