The response I got was poor at best. They wanted me to run my car back through to see if it caused MORE DAMAGE to prove they did it. It was explained that, if it didn't do it again, they would only then check the cameras and machines for anything that could have caused it. Because I'm not willing to risk further damage, I'm going to have to pay for the damage to my car. AVOID AUTOBELL. Your better off washing your car yourself. It worked perfectly for me because I was going to be in Durham for the day. The process from pulling in the parking lot to getting your car back once it's finished was absolutely seamless. Everyone was so nice and the process was quick. Since it was my first time there, the first attendant walked me through all the options, and there are a lot of them. Once you let them know what package you want and you pull up to the designated area, you're directed inside where you pay and there's a very comfortable waiting area. They also have a great selection of beverages and snacks. There are also several options of things to purchase for your car, like air fresheners, chargers, etc. It was a beautiful day out, so I decided to sit outside on the spacious patio with tables, chairs and other seating. At one point, there were 4 people working on my car once it came out of the washing tunnel, one inside each door. They got every nook and cranny in my car. Hand wiping and vacuuming, I was so impressed. They called me by my car when it was finished. I was fortunate enough to meet one of the owners, he took part in the awesome cleaning of my car himself. It's a family run business. They did the best job, and I have recommended them to every in the Triangle.
