We could not be more pleased with our new 6000CLX fireplace installed by Lakewood Gas as part of a…read moreremodel. Patty offered great design input, while the Lakewood team efficiently installed the fireplace and even set the stone fireplace surround. The 6000CLX is a huge upgrade from our previous fireplace. We now have a truly all-season gas fireplace with a lot of flexibility. During the winter, the higher flame settings and built-in fan add a lot of needed warmth to the downstairs. In the spring and fall mornings and evenings, the lower flame settings add a warm ambiance. On summer evenings, the electric embers feature adds an nice accent without the heat. All the settings (including a timer) are through the remote control, and very easy to manage. Thanks again Lakewood.

Truly the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with…read more Was told someone would be out on a Tuesday to hook gas up to our new appliances, never showed and never called. We ended up getting them hooked up ourselves, and when my husband called the lady answered the phone and said "what do you want". I called today to have someone come out because we are not getting hot water to our home and was yelled at, told to shut up, and then hung up on. Again, DO NOT USE THEM. You will not get your money worth and will deal with terrible people.
