When I placed a call at 5:15 AM, Tony answered the phone and asked me to text him my address and followed up by acknowledging he would arrive around 8:30 AM. Tony was punctual, professional and really stepped up to the plate, given the circumstances and date. His price for cleaning three rugs was comparable to Stanley Steamer, but he was much more thorough. Not only was he able to get the stains out of the carpet, which my dog almost destroyed, he went the extra mile by cleaning the underside of the area rugs, which I had not seen before from his competitors. Not only does he handle "dog emergencies", but he specializes in quickly responding to emergency floods - and that's around the clock, too. I would strongly recommend Tony.
