We got there right as it opened.

Stopped here after doing the Cannon Valley Bike Trail. It was a great reward after a 20+ mile ride. Loved the brick building. We got a beer and went out to the patio in the back and enjoyed the lovely weather and a view of the falls. I had a hoppy option which was smooth and refreshing. There is no food menu so we brought some healthy snacks to enjoy with our beer. Staff was great and we were able to taste a few options before choosing our pint. Great stop!

Tilion Brewery is in the small town of Cannon Falls across the street from a lovely winery Cannon Falls Winery. They are knocking out beers on a small system, packing in as much flavor as possible. When choosing my flight I asked the beertender for what his favorite was and turns out I ordered correctly! I enjoyed all four with Ned Flanders being my favorite. Pachyderm Sour: A Sour wild Wild Berry. Medium-high raspberry and blackberry flavor with low tartness and acidity. The sweetness came through, but did not overpower the actual flavors of the berries. Ned Flanders: A Belgian Flemish Red Sour! Love a good Belgian beer, and especially a Flanders Red or Oud Bruin. Medium-high plum, raisin, and raspberry flavors come through with medium acidity. It finishes with a hint of spiciness. Gravitas: A Belgian Golden Strong that was very smooth for the ABV. Turns out they love to brew Belgian beers, which I can get behind. Complex malt and fruit interplays with a dry and light finish. Pink Flamingo Society: A Juicy New England-style IPA brewed to capture the spirit of their departed friend Niki Seabright who lost their battle to cancer. This beer was hazy and citrusy, yet very approachable. _________________

Clean, spacious, ample seating (several long benches). There's a cozy feel to the place and they have a shelf with tons of games. There is a decent selection of beers and they are pretty well priced. There are several different size options. They have root beer on tap as well as bottles of local pop. They carry local turkey snacks from Ferndale Market. Would recommend.

This place is super Duper awesome!! I came in on a Wednesday night and was met with the best service and the most friendly patrons a person could ask for. Chris greeted me when I arrived and I was able to ask him questions about the beer and of course he was able to answer all of them! He was super friendly and generous and the ideal owner. Now I'm sure you want to know about the beer! I tried many of them and my favorites were the island bliss and the ipa the name which is escaping me. Sorry yelp friends! The island bliss is super smooth and made me feel tropical even though it is a dark beer. I also really like the flavor of the ipa. Now the space. Long bar and side table, super clean and bright with all the brewing equipment in the same location. I wish I lived closer and then I would be a regular! Weekend trip from the cities!!

Very nice brewery with a cute patio right next to the water. We went after riding on the trail. Good selection of beers, some on the sweeter side which I prefer. I would recommend the flights so you can try a little of everything.

We stopped in after kayaking the Cannon River. Nice space! It feels very new (and indeed, it is only about 4 months old.) Plenty of seating inside at long tables or at the bar. They have a deck overlooking the river that has 5 tables with umbrellas. That was a nice spot to hang out and enjoy! We each had a flight of 6 of their 10 beers for $12/ea. I liked the Belgian and the Pale Ale best but the stout and red ipa were good too. Staff was very friendly. We'll definitely stop in again when we're in the area!

This place recently opened up across the street from the Cannon River Winery. We checked it out, they had some good beers, simple decor with a balcony/patio on the back that over looks the Cannon River so you could go down to the paths and enjoy nature too. We want to go back here again.

He discussed his training and experience and it was rather amazing. We also happened to stop in on one of the Thursday evening that they had an "experimental" night where they showcased an experimental brew. One of my favorites so far was "Almond Joy"... where the beer tasted like an Almond Joy. It was awesome! This place is such a cute little place, quaint, and just such a cozy relaxing place to come, chill, and enjoy an amazing brew. Tracy is one of the owners and is such a nice person who is forever grateful to all patrons who stop by and support her business. Her personality and conversational attributes have made me spend many more hours in the Chapel than I ever would have imagined. Because of her and her amazing staff, they are the reason I return weekly, if not a couple times per week to support and enjoy!

The chapel was small and charming, the bartender was friendly, and the outdoor seating in a wooded area by the water was peaceful. The brews went down smooth and the conversation was good. As we were departing, a bluegrass band was setting up on their outdoor deck. Easy residential street parking.

The space itself is nice and fresh, with modern cabin vibes, communal tables, and a HUGE backyard that will be perfect for patio season! The staff was super friendly during our visit! Beautiful scenery and great photo opportunities on sunny days filled with blue skies!! The first beer we tried was the Jamberry. Which was a family favorite! Listed as a sour but not as sour as many I've tried. Mom tried the Farmhand but ended up loving the Jamberry instead. Her beer of choice is usually Corona. Hilltop beer actually had a hint of banana and for a Hefeweizen I actually enjoyed it!! Harvest Moon blood orange IPA was also a favorite. Combine was strong but good. The seltzers; we tried the peach, the strawberry lemonade and the pickle. I enjoyed the pickle but I do love pickles! Mom didn't think it was great. My brother enjoyed the mimosa. For food I highly recommend the pretzel! I think our family of 7 bought at least 5 of them! Pulled pork sandwich was also really delicious. Great place to hang out! Looks like you might be able to bring your own food as well because I did see some other parties with their own snacks. You order your drinks and food at the counter and you get a buzzer to pick it up from the pick up window. The staff are really nice and do clean up the plates later. Really nice staff, feels like a family.

They provide traditional styles, a great space both inside and out, and a very welcoming staff. I grabbed a flight and went outside to soak up sun and enjoy the beers. Lazy Day IPA: A Juicy New England IPA with medium citrus and medium-low bitterness. A hint of spice and a bit of sweetness from a lactose addition. Frontage Road Toasted Coconut: A Stout with toasted coconut additions - a variation on their standard Frontage Road Stout. Medium-high coconut and toasted nut flavors, low dark coffee bitterness, and hint of vanilla sweetness. Body on the lighter side which makes it possible to enjoy on a warm sunny day. Golden Coffee Ale: A Golden Ale with medium-high coffee bitterness, light black pepper, and mild nutty / floral finish. Very refreshing with strong coffee flavors in a lighter bodied beer without being astringent and my favorite of the four! Serendipity: A house made Ginger Beer sitting at 4.6% ABV. You don't see a Ginger Beer on tap very often so I had to grab it. This one had lemon and lime added, and they use it as a base for ginger beer based mixed drinks as well. This had a lighter ginger flavor with high carbonation. Would love to try it in a cocktail! ______________________
