Not a great experience due to a pricing issue. The under garment was marked down to $4.87 with a…read moreblack pen, however, it rang up as regular price. Then the guy said that markdowns are not marked off by pen. Then I told him that there were 2 of the same things marked the same way. I went to the shelf and showed him the other 2 items with the same pricing. He consulted with his coworker and decided to call the store manager. The manager said no and it would still need to be at regular price. I've never had this happen. Usually when there is a price difference and you find others with the same price, they honor the marked price. It was an unpleasant experience and probably need to revamp their policies to honor prices that are marked, especially if there are others with the same markdown price!

The owmer/manager responded to my review below by stating they are a small store and sell out of sizes since they only get 8 of each. They still have limted sizes. I am not sure if the "why" matters if you go shopping and wear a large and there are none. I was not able to view the size or price tags without having to fish for them and pull it out so I could see. I found it annoying when shopping since buying clothes is the main goal. It is not an art exhibit. Maybe they do not know what it is like to be short and not able to easily view the tags. It is amazing how are unaware people people are of size differences. Yes, you can set your store up however you want. Just not every one will find it user friendly.

They have over 100 stores, a good mix of premium and every day brands. Some of the noteworthy stores are Disney, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo RL, Fossil, MK, Coach, CK, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Pandora, Swarovski, Tumi, American Eagle and Banana Republic. Sporting/athletic brands include Nike, Adidas, UA, Lululemon, Columbia, North Face, and Oakley. There are multiple children's brand as well like Carter's, Children's place, Janie and Jack and OshKosh. The outlet space is mostly clean and well maintained. The common pathways are wide, with lots of benches and chairs available to sit and rest. Most of the pathway is covered by shaded roof. There were several vending machines for drinks and small snacks. A lot of the stores offered good discounts and sales. Prices were good for clothes and accessories products. But the size of the stores were smaller and fewer product varieties. All the stores we went in, had friendly staff members. They're pricey but worth it when you find a brand that works for you. My husband likes their style and how functional it is. Good quality with unique graphic tees. He loves their Ridge pant. Fits him well, durable, lots of pockets, and comes in great colors. Every time we've shopped here, each staff member has been super helpful and friendly. They always ask if we need a different color or size and they check in the back. They have so much inventory that we usually end up being able to get what we need from the back when they look. They also hold some free training classes. One is happening next week on home defense.

This place if I were to describe it in one word it would be "classy" You're going to love the way you feel is an understatement. Will be going in for alterations on some of my suits and some cologne next month! Great quality suits!!! I will be getting a pinstriped one next month as well! 10/10 experience
