Loved the Zaatar appetizer and the oven-baked hamburger, the chef's creation for a recent hamburger festival. The meat was deliciously spiced, generous, and served on a nice bun with lettuce, tomato, and a delicately spiced yogurt-based sauce. Raita? If you like some pink in the center of your hamburgers, you will be disappointed on this island. The law REQUIRES that ground meat be fully-cooked. (Well-done.)
