Each and every one of the 17 cast members performs splendidly. Their voices are so rich and resonant. The harmonies are perfect. Not one person was less than perfect! If you haven't read the books, the story is simple and true to the stories, and it will catch you up with who is who. The actors are perfect for each of their roles. I was particularly enamored of Diana, Gilbert, and Anne. They are mesmerizing. Marilla & Mrs. Lynde are also amazing. They have rich, mature voices & are so true to their roles as kindred spirits. The set is simple, with two major, chameleon rotating pieces. When Gilbert swims, you won't get wet, by the way. The center circle serves as a screen for several images. Costumes are beautifully made. I wish that I could have taken pictures during the show, to savor each moment in the future. But I was completely immersed in songs and stories.
