I suggest asking the customer if they can pick out some extra items first (avoids feeling awkward saying no thank you several times ). I'll likely make the drive to Kierland or shop online!

The place seemed brighter and roomy. The set up is organized by gender and type of shoe. If they don't have your size, they can check other stores and order it for you if an available. There are plenty of staff roaming the aisles should you need assistance. The bargain shoes in the back has also changed. Those shoes have been already marked down and there is no further discount. At one time, you could get an additional percentage off the marked price. Gone are those days. Shared parking and WiFi.

There were two customers ahead of me. I looked at a few items in the store and was helped in about five minutes. I was measured for an insole. Staff heated the insole. I then stepped on a piece of equipment that would mold the insole to my foot. Staff were super helpful. She had me try on some slight compression socks. Once the insole was ready as well as my results, staff got me a pair of shoes. She placed the insoles inside and had me try them on. They felt so good.
