Dad and son (2) went next and both got amazing looking dark leather work boots that fit comfortably and just snug enough. Boot Barn has boots and all American cowboy gear all over the store...the best part is that from the minute you walk in you smell that amazing leather aroma that you take home with every new boot purchase. The boots are expensive but extremely high quality and last a good long time. They guarantee their products and don't disappoint. Terrible customer service, the General Manager is so rude , unaccommodating. I went to return my boots and exchange for a different style, when I came up to the counter he helped me (I didn't have my receipt) since he checked me out the previous day, the entire time he was insulting and rude . He seemed as though my business was a waste of his time . Instead of making me feel like a valued customer, he did quite the opposite. -My company has an account with this location, so we get perks, discounts etc. . And I will go out of my way to shop at a different location 20miles further just to make sure my business is not spent with at this location. read more

Decent selection. Inefficient checkout and return process causing lines to delay for unacceptable amounts of time. I recommend going first thing in the morning, unless you want to waste your time in line for high priced foreign made products. I can handle the high priced junk but my time is a different story. Boot barn, I recommend getting a better check out /return process that creates slow throughput. I'm surprised you can make money at this level of throughput. 1.25 hours in a line with less that 25 people in it. Avg of 3 items per persons. I counted. Unnecessary talking by employees Too many store helpers not enough cashiers Absolutely boneheaded throughput model ... Went to return an item two days after I bought it, wasn't even used yet, just didn't need it anymore. I had the tag still intact and the receipt. I was told by the manager that they don't take returns. So careful what you buy here you can never return it. That's a very broken and unintuitive policy. read more
