I was very impressed with how competent and safety-conscious they were. actually climbing into the trees while secured by safety harnesses, and cutting limbs while people below stayed clear of the danger zone. Branches were cut cleanly near the base, which will allow the trees to heal over them, plus it looks better. They also did a great job cleaning-up all the small debris when they were done. Overall very professionally handled, and at what I considered a quite reasonable price (significantly below another bidder).
