They don't lean on you while cleaning your teeth or poke you in the face or anything. One orthodontist even had sunglasses for me to keep the spotlight from blinding me. Every other teeth cleaning they x-ray your teeth to make sure they're doing well. Be sure to plan about an hour for teeth cleaning. Very friendly and professional. Then they said because of how they billed my insurance (in a way where they get more money of course) I would have to pay a $100 Deductible despite the cleaning being the EXACT same as a normal cleaning, which Insurance would cover in full. Then they kept trying to upsell me on some laser cleaning nonsense as well as trying to nickel and dime me by trying to charge me for fluoride and things. THEN they tried coming back a month later and saying I owed $200 MORE for xrays, which I told them I wouldn't be paying. It's clear this company is just a dental chop shop where they just try to cram as many people in as possible, and bill them in a way where they they can extract every last penny possible. The fact that that I had to pay $100 for a NORMAL cleaning, despite it being covered by insurance is outrageous. Avoid this place at all cost.

Dr. Moore helped save my tooth!…read more Went in to have an odd bump on my gums looked at. Dr. Moore diagnosed it (correctly) as an infection due to a failed root canal. Instead of immediately talking about pulling the tooth, though (which would have meant more money for him over a longer course of treatment), he recommended I go see Dr. Hiatt to check if he could re-treat the root canal and allow me to keep my original tooth. Dr. Hiatt *was* able to save my tooth, so thanks to Dr. Moore I was able to avoid having to go through a tooth pull + getting a partial or an implant. What's more, his staff is friendly, and he was perfectly willing to sit with me and explain all my options until I had all my questions answered. Will definitely be going back for regular checkups, and any other dental work I need.
