You pick your backdrop and they start taking pictures. My favorite is their holiday headquarters specifically their Christmas sets. They now do instant viewings so you do have to wait after your session and you basically go through the unedited pictures on an iPad. The Studio is spacious and has plenty of room for the Wheelchair to Maneuver. Hailey took the photos, and Jessica & Noah assisted in every possible way to make sure our son was comfortable. The bug was reasonably priced and the staff was prompt and efficient during the booking process. Got a bit of a scare the day before due to unexpected rain but we used tents to cover it since my wedding was outdoors and all went as planned. The attendant arrived on time, was fun to work with, and a trooper in the rain. Temple created a beautiful custom photo strip to coordinate with our wedding invitations which was a great touch. At the end of the evening, the attendant provided a guest book with all of our photo strips that was filled with messages from our guests. I just assumed it would since it's a big part of our wedding. If we want our first dance video we'd have to pay them more money... this saddens me. She provided all of the information about cost, format, etc beforehand with examples of prior photos; discussed background options,etc. The photo session was in her studio where you could easily access the outdoors and have inside photo sessions. It was a comfortable experience. She took many photos and wanted to make sure that you were fully satisfied with your pictures. I am considering coming back for a family portrait at some point. The final results came out roughly a week later with touch ups for any stray hairs, tilted necklaces making the photo a breeze and easier to focus on the overall look rather than knitpick small areas.
