I couldn't be happier with our experience with Rachelle. The photos of my newborn daughter are stunning, and I mean ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The pictures are truly timeless treasures and I will cherish them forever. Her attention to detail was incredible and she handled my 9 day old baby with such care! Additionally, she was accommodating to our every request. I asked for a specific pose to match my son's newborn photos (taken by a different photographer when we lived out of state), and she nailed it perfectly. She was a true professional right from the start, introducing herself and calling us by name the moment you arrive at her quaint but classy studio. We love our final product! Her naturalistic style is gorgeous! We're happy it wasn't hoaky like some other photographer's albums we've seen... She barely took any pictures at the reception and was on her computer at a table for the time she was at the reception. We don't have any professional pictures of most of the reception, nor our last dance, and send off. She tried darkening some photos to make it seem like she stayed the whole time. Which was super shady. I contacted her boss and he refunded me not even half of the amount I paid for 8 hours of photography. Do not book with Kinsley. She is very unreliable. You are better off booking with another different company.
