I've always been a huge fan of Tim Hortons and stopped at this one as it was the closest to where I was heading. However, the donut I ordered was super hard and did not taste fresh.

I don't care for this location. Never did. They usually get my order wrong. They always screw up my hot cappuccinos. The guy just now handed my brother a Hot coffee with no sleeve or anything. He asked for a sleeve or a cup, cause his hand was burning & he took his time cashing us out first , then slowly handed him a second cup. Dude pissed me off. The panini was hot & fresh. My son said it's really good. It's the Tuscan Chicken one. It cost $7.55 just for that. Ridiculous !!! I'll stick to the Timmy Ho's on Elmwood or Sheridan & Delaware Rd.

First time drinking Horton's coffee since I'm from the west coast. The flavor in the vanilla latte was amazing, yet my husband and I ordered together and they forgot his order. Waited for a while until they noticed then made it for him. But cute holiday cups and good coffee!

I haven't a Tim Hortons coffee in a while so I decided to stop and get one. I used the drive thru. Ordered a dark roast black. No complaints

Smiling employees, free decently working wifi, clean tables and lots of power outlets. Not all Tim Horton's are created equal. Although it's becoming more common for 'em to have wifi; I rarely find one where it works well enough to sit down for a few hours. More often then not, there is only one power outlet that is available to the public. Not here! Abundant power. The coffee is typically standard, lots of people swear by it but I don't really get it. With cream, it's good, but I ultimately judge coffee by how much I can enjoy it black...and I wouldn't drink Tim Horton's coffee black. I enjoyed my experience here -- coming here to work + refuel after enjoying a lunch buffet next door over at Taj.

    Everyone knows what this is.

Timing is everything at this location. You come here on an off-minute and you'll get an incredible breakfast sandwich. You get here at a bad moment and you'll be lucky to get sausage on your sausage biscuit. Regardless, the staff is always accommodating and the management is terrifically calm in moments of peak rush.

Love this Tim Horton's. I drive from the lower West side to get my coffee here because of their superb service. Fast and friendly!

Some of the best donuts I've ever had. We stopped in during a family vacation and the kids asked to…read morevisit one last time before leaving. They were that good and on our minds after our initial visit. Both times we visited the location was busy and we had to wait in a small line. Service is very efficient and they take care of you quickly once you're at the counter. All of the donuts we ordered were perfect. One of the kids got a limited edition burger donut with proceeds being donated to the local Ronald McDonald house. It was a very inventive donut with glazed donuts as the burger buns, half a chocolate glazed as the burger patty, and different creams making up the cheese and condiments. So unique and for a good cause! Indoor seating is available which we took advantage of, as we could not wait to enjoy our donuts. I wish we lived close by as we would be regulars. I feel the donuts are fairly priced for the quality. Expect to pay more than your local Dunkin or Tim Hortons, but you can also expect the quality is way better. Fresh homemade donuts can't be beat.

Paula's Donuts helped heal me after surgery - seriously. But first, a few words about the best…read moredonuts in the United States. I feel confident that statement is true. These are not featherweight, boring, drive thru chain donuts that never fail to disappoint. The box says they are "made with love" and while I certainly hope the bakers and makers are not oozing affection for the creations as they do their job (because that would get weird right?), the recipes and standards of ultra high quality that this unique WNY establishment has sure shows a respect and appreciation for their customers. The dough is light and never greasy tasting. The cream fillings are also fluffy and airy and melt in your mouth. Jellies are all top notch and let me be clear, the donuts are packed full with whatever is inside. Or on top. The headlights are incredible. Peanut butter offerings (several to choose from) are stellar. I'm not sure if the chocolate icing is a ganache but it seems much more like a ganache than the lousy, dried out icing you might find at places we need not mention. Staff are always courteous, polite and fast. I think each donut is going for about $2.30 but well worth it for the size and quality. A box of 3 is heavy to hold. You get a lot of donut for your buck. I've been on a Paula's kick for a couple months, stopping in when appropriate for my donut desires but trying to be mindful of my waistline. I like to sit down and really enjoy every bite. These are not ordinary donuts, they are an experience to savor. But how do Paula's donuts help one recover from surgery? It's about what you might do with them. My friend picked me up and brought me home after the hospital and slyly produced a bag of donuts for me, which I sat down and ate the minute I walked in the door. The unexpected gesture of something I've been enjoying a lot lately certainly took my mind off any discomfort. Nice friend, right? Part of recovery is having supportive friends and family and I'm glad I've got that. And I'm glad I also got a bag of donuts to make a "rough day" a lot better. So, Paula's people - I haven't tried them all yet so I guess I'm going to have to return. (Image is different donuts from a different day.)
