Sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel
    Eric D.

I feel like it's important to post a new update. Couple years ago I swore off coming here because I had pretty thoroughly had it with the attitude of staff and the lack of product. I don't know what's changed or if my timing has been better but regardless we're back to what I expect from this local gem. Food is great, prices are great, and people are friendly and helpful again. Glad to see it because I love this place and I support their mission and place in the community very much. Keep doing what you're doing!

A great neighborhood bakery making excellent bagels. They have other baked goods and an extensive sandwich menu, but we focused on one of our favorite to-go breakfasts. Had the rosemary salt bagel with scallion, dill, and lemon cream cheese. And another with everything and roasted veggie cream cheese. Bagels were chewy and soft inside and the cream cheese options were delicious. Nothing like this in Northern Colorado and it's a long way to get here. It's a small shop with a few places to sit. Service was friendly.

I was not impressed to be honest . The staff seemed a bit sippy. There was no where to sit or park. My bagel was ok. I liked the rosemary flavor. But I wish there were more options for cream cheese and bagels. The bagel flavors and cream cheese options were not easily visible on the board. I could not read the full menu till I was at the register . The coffee was eh . It was nice to try but don't plan on stopping again.

Looking for a new place to try for our Sunday breakfast outing. Looked on Yelp and found this spot was highly rated. Very cute old building with whimsical paintings and decor. They also have outdoor seating with picnic tables. You place your order at the counter and they call your name when it is ready. My wife ordered an Eggs on an everything bagel. I ordered a Aaliyah on a Rosemary Salt Bagel. Both were the BOMB! They do a tremendous takeout business. Their Bagels, cookies and bread are some of the best around. We also bought one of their pretzels to take home. They also sell numerous kinds of Cream Cheese spreads. Will definitely return to try more of their menu items.

Fucking phenomenal. I'm in the middle of moving so cooking isn't the most convenient. This sandwich was stacked truly got my moneys worth and I eat a lot but still had to save half for later it was so filling. Walked in trying to be in an out with my mobile order but I was overwhelmed with the smell of fresh cookies and i honestly couldn't choose which one to get I had the cashier help me lol (super friendly btw) but I highly recommend

I've been wanting to try this spot out but unfortunately left disappointed. I ordered a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a sriracha bagel. Everything was bland and the bagel was really hard. I ordered it for pick up and was on time too so I'm not sure what happened. Perhaps I'll come here again and see if it's better next time.

Loved the space - such a cute and cozy atmosphere. Super friendly staff, and love that they have syrups out to add to your coffee yourself for free :) the breakfast sandwich was HUGE and delicious. They use beans from Tipico for their coffee including their cold brew. So good!!

One of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had! Delicious rosemary bagel with egg, cheese and bacon. Coffee was also delicious and so was the molasses cookie. Very friendly service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Will definitely be back!!

Such a unique spot an absolute must when you're in Buffalo! This was my first visit and I absolutely loved it. The menu is so creative with plenty of fun, unique options! Yes, even a pretzel which I thought was so fun! I tried The Aaliyah which is scrambled egg, cheddar, maple syrup, butter, and your choice of protein (I got sausage) and it was perfection. Very filling but doesn't sit heavy. I also got the espresso chocolate chip muffin which was so different and delicious. Can't wait to try more when I'm back in Buffalo!

Good service the best food good worker store for good The store always get good food in good price every week special

A very good girl. Go Bills.

Just as I was about to go in the place must have caught fire. Yikes! A man was leaving the bakery with as many loaves of bread as he could carry. I investigated. Sure enough, the store was filled with firemen. I couldn't get in. It turns out the firemen were buying a lot of baked goods. Whew! And the guy carrying all the loaves of bread was a caterer. He bought 50 loaves of Luigi's delicious bread. He explained he was catering a 50th wedding anniversary, and the celebrants wanted a loaf of Luigi's bread for each of their 50 years. I'm not kidding! I bought only 4 loves of bread. They were out of my favorite - sesame seeded Italian so I had to go with plain. They have a trick with their bread. They don't use preservatives, so you have to eat it within 2 days and then go back for more. It's a trap! They were out of almond and poppy seed strudel thingys, so I settled for apple, blueberry and cherry. I tried the lemon cake and it's great. But my favorite thing was the almond cake. Absolutely dreamy. It didn't make it home because I stopped at a friend's house on the way home to share some. All I got was just one slice. And I ate that before I had a chance to take its picture.

The Hello Dollies were absolutely delicious those were a definite highlight. Unfortunately, the cupcakes weren't what I was hoping for. I can't pinpoint exactly what was missing, but the flavors just didn't stand out to me the way I expected. I did try to ask a few questions about wedding tastings while I was there, but the worker helping me didn't seem very enthusiastic or willing to offer much guidance. Since this is such an important part of planning my wedding, that part of the experience felt a bit disappointing. Overall, while I was really rooting for this to be "the place" especially since it's a big and popular bakery I don't feel confident moving forward with them for my wedding desserts. I truly wanted to love everything, but the tasting just didn't click for me.

From the mini cakes, custom cakes, and cupcakes, you can NOT go wrong. My go to is the killer chocolate cupcake. The ambiance is a cross between your grandma's living room and a neighborhood cafe. There's breads, coffees, specialty drinks, cakes, cookies, pastries, and to go cakes. The service ranges from stellar to ok. On average, pretty good. I've never been disappointed with my treats and I'm a bit of a bake good snob as I'm a home baker myself. Cuccidati Inc. had a booth at the event ... and they had me at the word "cuccidati". :-D LOVE these cookies! If you are unfamiliar, cuccidati are iced-and-sprinkled fig-filled Italian cookies. They're like a soft, delectable, gourmet, top-shelf, high-class, prettier Fig Newton, but way better, haha. Whenever I see an Italian cookie spread at a gathering, I always b-line for dibbs on the cuccidati. And Cuccidati Inc.'s cuccidati did not disappoint! These were a bit different from cuccidati I've had before. They weren't quite as sweet, not as thick-white of an icing as usual. And the filling seemed more natural, like more purely fig, as opposed to the more artificial extract flavor of some cuccidati. I do like the creamier cuccidati filling I'm used to, with more of a jam consistency. But these were good too, you could feel chewy bits of real fig fruit in each bite. If you prefer a cookie that isn't too rattle-your-teeth-sweet, you will probably enjoy Cuccidati Inc.'s cookies very much. We spoke with the owners when we were at the fresh-air market, and they were very sweet and friendly. They of course bake their namesake, but also bake many other cookies too. They don't have their own storefront, they sell by order, or at local venues and events. They are on the shelves at Buffalo Artisan Food Traders (https://www.yelp.com/biz/buffalo-artisan-food-traders-buffalo), so if you have a hankering for some delicious cuccidati, stop by there to grab a pack. Or check Cuccidati Inc.'s Facebook page for other upcoming local appearances - https://www.facebook.com/cuccidati.org - and mangia! :-D
