This Tim's is definitely the best Tims around. They are one of the only locations that I know of to be open 24 hours- perfect for late night studying! Also, they are usually clean and well stocked. I recommend the Tuscan chicken panini and definitely order a dark roast coffee with hazelnut and 1 cream 1 sugar. Yum!

At 1:45 this afternoon, I drove through the drive through, the male who attempted to take my order (1 medium Cappuccino) asked me 2 times if I wanted an Iced Capp, both times I told him no, a hot one. I drove up to the window, paid the male at the window, waited around 2 minutes (only one in the drive through line) charged $3.14, and was given less than a half a cup by a female as the male walked away while I was waiting.

Orange - pineapple smoothie and Strawberry - banana

NoFast service, every time. Love this place. Orange - pineapple smoothie pictured is refreshing as well as Strawberry- banana. Seasonal Apple pie fritters are good, but a little too gooey for me. I like the regular fritters more. (All fritters also pictured).

Something that may have been a joke made both my day and heart happy

It was just an average Tim Hortons. The timbits had no frosting. But bagel was yummy. But a little black but it was good sort of.

Very disappointed in the service. The drank we got were poorly made as well. Been here a few times without a problem.

The line for the drive through is always so busy and very slow. It's faster to go in ang your coffee.

1.79$ for bottle water?????? What a joke. As if you don't gouge people enough on the food. How can you justify this price for water????????

When I asked for vanilla flavoring in my cold brew he suggested I try the lavender flavoring and I am so glad I did, it's SO GOOD! The lavender cold brew - how do I explain just how delish it is??? It tastes like what I feel like a yoga studio in the early morning would taste like - pure zen and happiness. I want one of these every day until the end of time. Next up, their sour dough. I am so impressed! Sour Dough is not easy to perfect and they have definitely done it! Like wow, whoever is baking this, start teaching a class. I'm so serious, I'm first in line to take it. I'm very happy with the amount of toast that you get, they definitely don't skimp. I can't wait to try more toast from here! Lastly, the ambiance here is unbeatable. A plant lovers dream come true. They have impeccable interior decor and sell all kinds of beautiful plants?! Who knew you could so flawlessly fuse so many of my favorite things. Yeah this place wins. My new favorite coffee shop.

On the left is the veggie-leaning Pure Roots; on the right side is Burger Bros, which distinguishes itself with a front of house sign, "Y'all Are Welcome, But You Gotta Act Right". (Review for there to follow soon). It was a cold day. When I asked what the soup of the day was, I was told, "Lemon chicken". I assumed it was like an avgolemno, which I like. Never assume. Below is the photo of my meal. Zucchini, peas and carrots played a starring role but were not mentioned. "Let medicine be your food/ Let food be your medicine" Hippocrates is supposed to have said. I consumed my medicine in silent contemplation of the bakery down the street. This restaurant is self-serve; seat yourself after ordering and paying, then bus your table at the end. Limited parking on the busy street out front.

Headed to the counter and showed the app, they said have a seat we'll get your bag ready. The place is cute inside kinda homey with little kiosk with stuff for sale. She brought my bag over and had a cup for coffee. She let me to the coffee station & I had the coffee of the day. I normally don't drink flavored coffee but it was real good, a nutty and creamy flavor combined. My bag had a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and slice of blueberry crumble pie. The table by me had sandwiches that looked good, will definitely be back.

For those who have never been, there's two entry points; the front (from the street), is wheelchair friendly, while the back (from the parking lot) has some stairs. There are two single bathrooms available in this place. If you're dining in, you can order at the counter and they'll bring the food to your table. Regardless you need to order at the counter anyway. They always have a great selection of baked goods and coffee, plus specialty drinks on rotation. They offer light breakfast and lunch if you don't want just a coffee and pastry. They sell gifts and ground/bean coffee along with flavored syrups. For this particular trip, I ventured in to get lavender syrup (Torani). I treated myself to a specialty rotating drink (Hansel and Gretel frozen coffee - frozen coffee with gingerbread and white chocolate). I also purchased a blueberry muffin and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin (also a rotation dessert specialty). All were excellent, as par for course here. I don't hear at all but speak well, so the kind lady at the front grabbed a pad and writing utensil to communicate with me, which was very helpful and so we both were on the same page. It was very appreciated. Another reason I love this place, they're so accommodating
