Donuts, danish, Timbits, and the classic steeped tea - hooray!
    Jack W.

=== 1. VERDICT/VALUE 3.5 stars: the larger size of the location, easy parking, and the ability to get to this location on the North Shore without walking into Park Royale make this Tim's stand out from a number of others! === 2. FOOD The food choices are pretty standard across Tim's in Canada and the softness/freshness of the baked goods really depend on timing - when you go in relation to when they reheat the pre-made items. At 4:00 pm in the afternoon on this day it was: - Maple Pecan Danish ($1.69) - nice! - Old-Fashioned Blueberry Donut ($1.19) - soft! - Maple Dip Donut ($1.19) - already going hard :( - An assortment of Timbits ($0.29 each) - Birthday Cake being good for toddlers as it turns out :) - Large Orange Steeped Tea ($2.02) - nicely steeped === 3. SERVICE Pretty standard for what is typically take-out style - as usual, use your app and be sure to ask for a receipt (if you need one) since they don't give them out by default! === 4. ATMOSPHERE It's a little larger than a number of locations in town - or at least it seems to be if you were to combine the tables on both sides of the counter. Other than that, it's standard fare decor-wise like all other Tim's. Wheelchair- and stroller-friendly, there is plenty of convenient parking out front in the shopping complex lot.

Croissant was alright. It was fresh and slightly better than the grocery store. Service was fast and straightforward.

I don't know what to write here. It like any other Tim Hortons. To me all Tim Hortons are the same. I can't see the difference maybe the location. Its busy. This Tim Horton has free parking because its in a mall. Its in a convenient location.

I come here almost every morning for my morning coffee. The service is fast and friendly. The wifi is excellent. You'll always find a place to sit, I really like sitting next to the fireplace in the corner. My favourite thing to eat is the everything bagel with cream cheese and a medium double double. I see students in here quite a bit studying so it's a good place to do your homework.

10 pack of TimBits and a medium french vanilla latte all cost less than 5 CAD

We enjoyed hanging out at Tim Hortons on our trip as it seemed like a very Canadian thing to do. The drinks were really yummy and not overly sweet and the prices were quite fair. Service was nothing special to note but it wasn't bad either. Each time though, my husband was unimpressed with his food items. He liked the TimBits but they weren't amazing, and he wasn't crazy about his chive and cheese bagel on the second visit. All this to say we would probably return as it was a cheap and decent option for breakfast.

Stepping into others' imprinted snow footsteps trying not to slip and fall onto the newly fallen snow, we made it into Cafe Crema in West Vancouver. The first thing with this place that gets you is the vibe. Mood lighting, lovely high tables and plenty of space. You can sit there, and daydreaming in this place is highly encouraged preferably with a glass of bold red and a slice of Margherita Pizza. I didn't really know what I wanted, which rarely happens, but this was one of those special occasions where you just let spontaneity take over. I was going to just have a coffee, but as I approached the register area to order my Americano, I kept seeing this glimmer in the corner of my eye. It was quite bright, but just a glimmer, so I looked over and it was just this muffin sitting there in the display. I asked the cashier what muffin that was, and I was told that it was the Vegan Banana Chocolate Muffin. "Vegan?" I asked. He said, "Yup." I almost walked away trying to find something else, but the damn thing looked so good. So, reluctantly I decided to try a Vegan Muffin. I said to myself, "well, what's the worst that could happen? I'll just throw it out if I don't like it." That winking-luring Vegan muffin was so good that it actually trumped many of the dairy based muffins I've had in the past. I'll tell you how and why. First, it was rich, creamy, dense, moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. You could taste the Cocoa and hint of Banana and nuts throughout. As much as all the ingredients together gave the muffin its wonderful taste, you could also taste each component individually. I don't have a sweet tooth at all, and it's rare to find me ordering desert or eating muffins. I ate this damn thing like I just discovered the taste of sweet for the first time. Between this awesome Vegan muffin, the great Americano and this cozy little lamp on the table and the beautiful glowing white snow on Bellevue Drive, this indeed was a memorable experience and a one time love affair with a Vegan Muffin. (No, I hadn't smoked anything that day.)

The coconut cream cake was fluffy, light and not too sweet. The apple pie croissant was so unique- apple pie filling inside a croissant with sugary crumble on top! The location is also pretty spacious and has some scenic outdoor seating facing the water. It does get busy but the customers cycle out fairly quickly.
