Been a while since I was last at this TH. Opted for the sausage BELT with a coffee. Asked for the bagel to be double toasted. Coffee was as expected. They missed the double toasting on the bagel. They took it back and did toast it again. The service was as bad as I remember and I have no plans to return. read more

I ordered coffee at the kiosk and they didn't give my drink, my order never went on the waitlist even though I saw the payment go through on my transaction history. Don't come here, I got scammed. I felt only good point of this location is big parking. I was so disappointed to stop by here. It's 24/7 open restaurant. But they had only 1/5-1/6 items inside of glass case. There was nothing I wanted to eat. And as the dining area was closed or limited, I assumed the line up to the cashier will be proceeded smoothly but I had to wait 5 min at outside. Still outside. When I picked up my drink, they almost forgot my London Fog under steamer. Other customers after me had their order already. They seemed don't care why I was standing at there. Pretending "I don't see anything". Purely no work ethic and no pride. It's sad. read more

I stopped in to this Tim Horton's on the way to a Yelp event. I had never been to this part of Vancouver before. I was impressed that this Timmie's had a decent sized parking lot. Parking is often an issue (as you native Vancouver-ites know!). Some reviewers claimed that this TH site is small, but my husband and I thought it was one of the largest ones we've been to. And it was clean. And they had the usual fake-but-cute-in-a-campy-Candian-kind-of-way fireplace in the corner (emitting zero heat, of course! lol). And there was a huge display of tons of donuts and muffins - more so than other TH stores, that's for sure. My donut was tasty but perhaps a few hours on the stale side; the colorful sprinkles were as hard as little rocks. But we were there late in the evening, so I'm sure the donuts were made early that morning. I like how this place is open 24/7, and there were lots of regulars there. Nice neighborly feel. I'd stop back here for sure whenever I'm in the area. read more

This time today i came in because i arrived too early for a nearby appointment, and i ordered a chicken sandwich and wedges. The wedges were great but my sandwich was not. The chicken in the sandwich was thin, hard, cold and still frozen. I didnt notice u til i took a bite. Omg of all the times this visit had to be worse than usual. Hashed browns were overcooked and super crunchy. They're discontinuing the smoked sausage!!! Beware of "whipped cream". I went there and ordered a Chollet hazelnut muffin and hot chocolate with "whipped cream". The muffin was good, will have again, but the hot chocolate was really bad. I come here almost every morning for my morning coffee. The service is fast and friendly. The wifi is excellent. You'll always find a place to sit, I really like sitting next to the fireplace in the corner. My favourite thing to eat is the everything bagel with cream cheese and a medium double double. We enjoyed hanging out at Tim Hortons on our trip as it seemed like a very Canadian thing to do. The drinks were really yummy and not overly sweet and the prices were quite fair. Service was nothing special to note but it wasn't bad either. Each time though, my husband was unimpressed with his food items. He liked the TimBits but they weren't amazing, and he wasn't crazy about his chive and cheese bagel on the second visit. I've been coming to this Tim Hortons for the last 23 years and especially considering the price point, for the most part the experience has been fine. But I watched management, food, and service deteriorate over the years to the point that today was the last straw for me. I'm parting ways with this Tim Hortons location. When I walked in, there was a line out the door (14 customers) to order, with 9 customers who were waiting at the online and kiosk pickup, and 8 who had ordered in store to a live person who were also waiting for their food. Almost all orders were coming out inaccurate and had to go back for some kind of correction. I had ordered everything to eat in but I got my order packed to go, with items missing. Google Maps on my phone told me I parked at 11:25 am and the time was 12:13 pm when I sat down with my order. Staff are inattentive, slow and no doubt overwhelmed. The manager is rarely there, which doesn't help because she should be the one stepping in, in times of crisis. Overall, It's an incredibly poorly managed franchise which Mr. Naughton should pay closer attention to. This location has the potential to draw more business now that the Capilano Mall location is closed but instead, I think people will stop coming unless things change. read more

Many times the little square of paper does nothing as I see fingers which have touched everything including hair, skin, money etc. touch the donut etc. While the employee may not notice it, the customer does and when the customer tells you they saw it and to replace the donut - DO NOT ARGUE with the customer! This location is actually 10 minutes away from my house and I've been here off and on for tea on the way to meeting some friends. I agree that it is small, however, I've always done the grab and go sort of thing. Tim Hortons here in BC is a disgrace. Having lived in Ontario for a number of years , I can honestly say what horrible service they give to their customers here in Vancouver. IS A DISGRACE.. The line ups are too slow. The service is so unorganized. Maybe the Home Office in Ontario makes a difference. They seem to be too short staffed. We are customers, so treat us with respect and quick service. I have to say my average time at Timmmys here in BC, is about 12 minutes, I just want one coffee. This is unheard of in Ontario. Average time there is 3 minutes! Hire people who know what the HELL they are doing . TIMMYS, I now go to another coffee shop. Shame on you. read more

Always a line up and not the most friendly customer service. You see lots of staff behind the counter but they ignore the huge line. Having only a short time for lunch, don't have time to wait in a line up with 3-4 tills and only one cashier. Staff need to revisit food safety. Wiping the table and chairs d the trays with the same dirty rag....Yuck! I also see them handling cash with their gloved hand and then touching the food... Again not acceptable.
