We were happily surprised to be greeted warmly at the door. Every member of staff was smiling. We hesitated while ordering ( in the last this would be met with derision) yet not here. Usually you get what you get at Paul. You don't make requests. You don't point out mistakes. Here we were able to ask for additional cutlery and the only response was "of course ". The restaurant itself was bright, airy and had a comfortable atmosphere. Sadly we do not live in Vancouver or we would be back often.
