Service was quick and friendly. Love the coffee. It is stronger than Dunkin donuts and so, not as watery or weak but not as bitter as Starbucks. I finally know how Goldilocks felt! His toasted bagel with butter was perfectly toasted and not flooding with butter. My croissant was fresh and flaky. The banana bread was good. Came last night to purchase my only and all time favorite donut the hazelnut donut. It's the best thing there hands down. I saw they have a limited edition peppermint mocha hot chocolate which sounded pretty good. So I ordered a small size in case I didn't like it and truth be told it was horrible. How dare they name this peppermint mocha? This only tasted like a mocha hot chocolate I didn't taste any peppermint my sister tried it from me too and didnt taste it either. I thought maybe I need to be stirred so I shook it around but still nothing. I wasted 3$ for a microscopic cup of boring crap. I totally suggest Tim Hortons to either had more peppermint flavoring or just don't ever sell this again. My sister also got the peppermint mocha donut that's limited addition and said that there was way too much peppermint on top. So see here's how to solve two issues. One remove majority of the peppermint off the donut and add it to the hot chocolate. Wow how simple is that seriously. I'm super disappointed on losing nearly 3$ for the saddest no flavor hot chocolate and her losing 2$ for too much peppermint. read more

I've been in desperate need for another 24/7 food and drink location besides DD and the likes. Hortons is in its own lane and truly can't compare to those other places. They have many options for seating, and their occupancy can easily go from empty to packed in less than a few minutes. It's a pretty open and spacious floor plan. Even when there is a line, it moves pretty quickly. They offer sandwiches, soup, as well as a fresh bakery. Their roasted red pepper and Gouda soup is pretty tasty. I also ordered their strawberry banana fruit smoothie, from concentrate, made with Greek yogurt. I would like to see some organic fruit options in the future. I've never been to a Tim Hortons before, but it's a nice addition to the area. read more

Visited the Livonia store on 5 mile and Newburgh. Worker did not give me my coffee. I called in to resolve the problem. Manager said it was my fault and if I wanted the coffee I had to return to the store at that time. I suggested letting me come another time or issuing me a gift card for the cost of the coffee. Store manager laughed and said they don't do that. Corporate contact will only refer the complaint to the very people that refuses to discuss it. Amazing tasting sandwiches! Took me 25 mins to get my order but I won't deduct any stars being that they just opened and the place is a mad house! So excited to finally try Tim Hortons! I have heard alot about them from some canadian youtube videos and finally could go myself. Was not disappointed. Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, which was good, and frozen hot chocolate, which was really good, and some yummy donuts. Especially loved the maple donuts with the custard filling. It's a shame that there is no consistency in the food from store to store. Since we moved, I go to a different Tim Horton's, and this one frequently messes up my order. Today, the 'hot' latte was lukewarm, and the bacon on my biscuit didn't look like it had been cooked. I didn't let my grandson eat his sausage biscuit for fear it also was uncooked. This is pretty usual for this location. The two locations where I used to live had excellent service and food. Don't bother with the Edinboro location if you can go elsewhere. read more

This is what I don't get, Tim Hortons are very hard to find in the United States, and they have closed a lot of them in the Northeast. I found out about this amazing location and yeah I went way out of the way to come here, and it was well worth it. It might just be the NICEST Tim Hortons that I have been to in the US. It's much nicer than any of the Dunkin' Donuts that I've been to, and a LOT better coffee, food and most importantly, service. This location is BIG, it is clean, And they have a bigger variety of donuts than most of the Canadian locations I have been to. I guarantee if Tim Hortons were to build these kind of stores, like they have in Raritan, that they would be stiff competition for Dunkin' or any other coffee/donut chain in The States. It was well worth the detour. The coffee was great as always. My Canadian Maple Donuts were incredible and I picked up some Timbits (donut holes) for my friends. This is the Canada's donut chain donut shop and the only one in the area. First impressions at 7am, the place is well kept and donut display more than appetizing. I went with a cup of coffee ans gnutella donut. Overall both were good. I'm under the inpression they make donuts on premises since its a big building and there are no other locations in the areaI would definitely come back to try out the other products. The only downside is the location, its right next to the summerville circle, even with gps, i missed the turn three times since its a busy area. read more

Pros: - There is rarely a line. - Open 24/7 - Drive-thru - Free Wi-Fi - Comfortable and stylish cafe Cons: - The pastries and sandwiches are mediocre at best. Not worth the calories. - I have now tried three types of coffee there (hot, iced, decaf) and all three were watered down. The iced coffee was warm and the hot coffee was cold. - Employees are often rude, such as throwing food and change on the counter. - The entrance may just be in the worse possible location in the state (right where high speed merges occur off of the Somerville Circle). So nice to see one of these in the area. First time going to one, and let me tell you it is waaaayyy better than the Dunkin Donuts trash we have around here. First off, coffee is great, and it doesn't have that odd aftertaste that Dunkin' has. Second I got a Canadian maple donut, and it was amazing. However, the best part was the sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit. It was fresh, delicious and didn't taste like the over processed breakfast sandwiches you get at other chains. I had a really bad experience recently and came on one of these sites to complain so I thought I'd make it a point to note that the store I had an issue with has since improved with their hour consistency and service. I feel Like I was heard and the problem was resolved, which I appreciate greatly. when they ran out of cold foam they told me and I was able to choose a substitute as well which was nice, I like being able to adjust my order slightly without feeling as though I've inconvenienced anyone. So, A) Who knew this was actually Raritan, not Somerville? (Turns out the "Somerville" circle is not in Somerville at all. Half is in Raritan, and half in Bridgewater.) B) If you are complaining about the coffee you're being ridiculous, because if you are comparing it to Dunkin, you have bad taste in coffee, and if you compare it to Starblechs, you have NO taste in coffee. This place is about the BAKED GOODS. I've only tried the donuts and biscuit sandwiches, but WOW. The egg and cheese on biscuit...yum! I'm not saying it's literally the best biscuit I've every had in my life or that the cheese was imported from a monastery outside of Marseilles, but it was real food, unlike the sandwiches at Dunkin. (FYI Most Dunkin Donuts you buy are mass produced in a factory, then frozen and shipped to locations to be thawed out. Pathetic.) The donuts were amazing. Large selection and they make it all right there. Not even in a back room... You can see them making them! They also have muffins, croissants, cookies, and lots of other baked goods. Ahhh, Tim Hortons...the Canadian Dunkin' Donuts. Like everything else Canadian, things are nicer, cleaner, and just a little bit better than the American versions. Situated, right near the dreaded Somerville circle, this place has decent parking, and best of all, a drive-through. Inside, everything is well lit and very clean. The place is still pretty new so it's usually very busy, put the service is very fast. I can't comment on the doughnuts and pastries, but they looked MUCH better than what you would find at DD. I went here for the famous coffee, and it was good. If you like DD coffee, you will like Tim Hortons coffee. I think I like this coffee just a little bit better. One gripe - they need better lids on the coffee. DD has those nice lids with a tab that you can close so no coffee spills out. The lids here have only a hole at the top, no tab or anything else to prevent spills. I have to admit, DD has perfected the coffee lid. I wish others would copy it. Overall, I like the choice of options for fast coffee. I wish them luck. read more

If I were only posting on donuts, muffins and bagels, I'd be giving five stars. Their donuts are better than Dunkin' Donuts and their muffins with the jelly centers are amazing. I love their pretzel bagels. Maybe slightly pricey, especially their premium donuts, but other than that, nothing not to love. Their sandwiches on the other hand, not so great. My wife and I ate there once, and it wasn't very good. We don't plan to go for a meal again. Certainly will be back for the donuts, bagels and muffins. read more

Location isn't ideal but the food is worth driving through the Somerville Circle during rush hour. Coffee is hot, fresh, and way better than DD's, McD's, or Starbucks. Sausage, egg & cheese biscuit is a standout. There's an extensive donut selection--love the chocolate glazed. Food here outshines Dunkin' and McD's. Ambiance inside is contemporary and super clean. Lots of nice touches--power outlets and USB ports at an elevated wood table, and a cozy faux fireplace with club chairs. I was so excited that a Tim Hortons was opening here. When it finally opened we went for iced coffees, very disappointed that what we got was extremely watery(obviously hot coffee melted the ice). Straws, napkins, and sugar we're nowhere to be found out on the floor so I had to go back through the line of people to the register to get some, very annoying. I haven't tried any of the donuts/pastries but they did look good. Perks are that there is a drive through and its 24 hour so maybe we will give it another try. Last time I was in a Tim Hortons was in Niagara Falls. This place was a little different. Nice selection of donuts & muffins. Not alot of seating & most of the tables were not clean. It was 3pm so they should've had time to clean up after Lunch. We ordered sandwiches. The chicken fajita wrap was okay & my hub's steak panini was okay too. Smallish portions especially for the money$$. Nothing spectacular a little bland. $21 for 2 sandwiches chips & fountain drinks. I might come back to try a pastry. Huge Fan of the Tim's bits..... but I have no clue what Mrs. Horton was thinking when it came to hash browns. I mean, how could she ruin them so bad? I've been grabbing boxes of timbits before work for the better part of the last 8 years and for some reason today I thought, "try their hash brown." I hope that god only urged me to try a hash brown so I could steer EVERYONE AWAY from those terrible little things. I honestly believe homeless people wouldn't even finish those. I wonder if there are parents around the world beating their kids because they won't finish the hash brown Mommy just bought them while getting her morning coffee, however Mommy probably has never tried these poison potato cakes so she doesn't understand why little Max can't finish the damn thing. Been waiting for this place to open. Didn't know what was being built here but always excited for new restaurants and shops in Somerville, even though they're saying this place is in Raritan The place is nice and bright, semi spacious. Semi because with the long line formed it seems packed but then you notice all the seating around. Leather seats by the fireplace (not real, fire place tv), high tops, two seaters. Service was fast, efficient and quick that it felt like there was no line at all. This will probably be the only time I visit. Tim Hortons reminds me of an upscale Dunkin Donuts with one hundred percent better customer service. I did have the frozen lemonade which was perfect, no complaints and a Honey Cruller donut. The donut was perfection! Tasted fresh out the oven. I can imagine that there sandwiches and paninis are great since I sat right next to the panini/sand which station. Tim Hortons on Riverside in Columbus OH - terrible! Amanda was rude, arrogant and dismissive. SHe could not have cared less about the customer. Ordered online and waited over 10 minutes inside. Finally went through drive through with 15 other cars and picked up. I needed another sandwich that was not ordered and she told me to go back through drive through instead of getting one more sandwich! She spent more time arguing than simply getting an order filled.
