The drive thru lines are insanely crowded but to go inside is usually faster and the staff is always pleasant. The food is not nearly as good since McDonald's bought the US branch of Tim Horton's but it's definitely edible. I come for the coffee, the new dark roast is tough to beat for fast food coffee. The inside and outside of the restaurant stays clean and they seem to take pride in having spotless counters because for all the coffee and pastries that they sling, the counters are stain free and without a crumb in sight. read more

I come to this tim Hortons alot and I know no place is perfect, but I ordered a matcha today. And i've gotta say it was terrible. It was mostly foam and ice. Which I asked for light ice and no foam. Turn on top of it. They didn't mix it very well. There was so much march powder floating in it. I'm super super disappointed in this place right now. This Tim Hortons is such a hit or miss. There's a 90% chance our drinks are made wrong. It's literally just a caramel macchiato but I think they forgot to add flavoring in it or maybe only do 1 pump of flavoring. Every other caramel macchiato I order at different Tim Horton locations always tastes great and is consistent. This location always tastes so bitter and has close to no flavoring. Most of the time we just drive to Marysville if we don't want to risk anything being made wrong and the Marysville team is very friendly. When we order through the drive thru at this location the employees sound so miserable and depressed. You get to the window and they don't even hi or hello or tell you the price. They just take your card and say it'll be out in a moment. Just very odd customer service. The coffee and hot coffee drinks are room temperature. They haven't been hot the last 3 times I went. The oat milk latte was horrible. No coffee taste, and tasted like a wet sock. The regular coffee is worse than ever. read more

Worst Tim Hortons in St.Clair County. Ive been coming here for about 9 months. I was employed at the Marysville TH for 2 years while in high school so I do understand how many of the little things this place DOES NOT DO. EVERY SINGLE time I come here my order is wrong, made by what seems like infants, and THESE IDIOTS have terrible customer service, as if they think they are worth a shit. Today, my girlfriend and I went through the drive through; asked for ONE pump of Carmel in a black Ice coffee, came out with the color consistency of all Carmel (WAY MORE THAN 1 PUMP). I order a Cafe Mocha hot Capp with whip topping. Came out as watery as you could think off, they didn't clean the hotcapp machine, b/c when you don't clean the hotcapp machine the the hot water doesn't mix with the HC mix, also didn't come out with a sleeve (all hotcapp are supposed to). And they put just one LINE of whip cream in it. Lastly, was my Grilled Farmers Wrap, I ordered it with sausage and bacon, & no egg. Came out no bacon, with egg. Im not being dramatic what so ever when I say; EVERY TIME I COME HERE I leave pissed b/c my order is always messed up. Absolutely terrible, you work a minimum wage job and can't even get that right. I went through the drive through and this was a quick in and out transaction...this time. However, I have went to this St.Clair location many times within the past year and several of those times they have mischarged or messed up my order. I was a little disappointed that they no longer carried the lemon poppyseed muffin. They did mention that they now offer lemon poppyseed in bread slices. My family and I have started going here more often lately, however I think that is going to change. Every time I come here I feel like i am inconveniencing the staff by giving them business. They don't say hello. They don't say thank you and just seem disgusted with their jobs. Last time I went they were out of half the donuts and this really had the staff in a frenzy. The worker told me she was going to make more donuts but had not got around to it as she had been busy. This was 8 pm on a Tuesday night in a small town. Went here yesterday morning...first time ever stepping foot in a Tim Hortons. I've heard very solid things in regards to them. Tried a few of the donuts, overall solid for a coffee shop. The Oreo donut was actually pretty amazing! The downfall was the service. Completely rude and the woman working seemed agitated that I was even ordering. It was roughly 6am and no one else present so not sure why so much attitude. Talking down to a customer is a sure way to eliminate them from ever stepping foot in your franchise again... Needless to say it wasn't a good first impression as there is no reason to treat any customer with attitude nor disrespect. read more

Food is NEVER EVER CONSISTENT. Half the time my sandwhich is missing something and the other, its half ass made. They drinks are usually spot on but not the hand made food. Chili is great but not much else. Service is always slow and always young kids. read more

I came through the drive thru hoping it to be easy and fast, had a woman take my order but then was greeted by a man named "Ryan" in the drive thru with sour face and poor customer service. I had ordered all but plain doughnuts and when I was finally on the road and opened the box and saw I had recieved all plain. So I called the St. Clair Tim Hortons and they explain if I came back in the problem would be fixed and they would give me a 20 pack free of charge mind you I had ordered a 10 to begin with. When I returned I was poorly greeted by "Ryan" again and i don't know if he got yelled at before or was annoyed to see me again but he had givenme attitude to fix the problem. As he went and got everything handled he made immature comments muttering to the woman who had fixed the problem for me about me. As he came back around the counter to hand me my new pack of doughnuts he threw me the box across the counter and sat and pouted.
