I've tried getting them to be social a few times and it's really hit or miss. The drive through typically takes a long time to get through, so I'd advise avoiding that if there's more than two cars in line. They do send out good coupons which helps, given that Biggby seems to have the priciest coffee in town. I never have a bad drink experience though, so I don't mind occasionally paying $6 for a large drink after the coupon. Inside the store is decorated colorfully and on brand with the corporate guidelines, featuring trivia that changes on their blackboard by drink pickup. If you like Dunkin, this feels like a comparable alternative.
