Tried the Tim Hortons NEW OREO DOUBLE STUF® Iced Capp and loved it! It's basically a classic Iced Capp blended with OREO® cookie crumble, vanilla syrup, topped with vanilla-flavoured whipped topping, and finished off with even more OREO® cookie crumble on top for double the flavour and fun. I opted to pay more to add the EXTRA shot of espresso to make it a NEW OREO DOUBLE STUF® Redeye Iced Capp and I was happy with the results. As a fan of Starbucks Frappuccinos this new drink comes close to a Frappuccino, just the Tim Hortons version of it. Good drinks, bad ambiance. Don't get why this location always blocks off their ample seating and does not allow customers to enjoy their meals and drinks inside the space anymore? It's a shame they are not allowing customers to sit down at their location to eat their meals. All the other Tim's locations allow customers to buy food and eat it inside. The staff here are extremely rude and do not follow any safety protocols set out to protect the public. More than 7 of 10 customers had chin guards and the staff did not request any of them to wear properly and readily accepted their orders. I'm not one to write a review, but this was easily the worst Tims I've ever been too. it's a large location with lots of seating, all of which was closed despite 4-5 workers behind the counter. I was the only one there to order and took 5+ min before any came to help me (I had to ask). Rude staff that didn't understand anything I ordered. no washrooms open. spilled food all over the place at the entrance that seems to have been there for a few hours as it was trampled. very sad to see how poorly managed and treated this location is... avoiding this Tims from now on for sure lol read more

This seems like one of those mystery Tim Hortons Location! It used to be KFC years ago and have been vacated until Tim Hortons suddenly opens up a few months ago. There is no listing anywhere?! On Yelp or even in Tim Horton's own website or app. It is though quite conveniently located right at the corner of Midland and Sheppard and near a high school, so can be quite busy in the afternoon. Worst location ever. The asian manager is really rude. My goal was to get 20 timbits. I had 2 coupons for $1 for 10 timbits. I didn't read the fine print that mentioned one coupon per customer per visit (my fault). So after he bluntly explained it to me, I told him thats fine and i would like to just use 1 coupon but would like to pay for an additional 10 more timbits. He points at the coupon and screams at me "HOW ARE YOU GOING TO GET 20???? THIS COUPON IS FOR 10 ONLY." I told him i will just pay for it with money. then he calm down. I come from an asian family and I understand that the older generation doesn't know emotion that often, but please don't be rude. its not acceptable, especially if you are in a management position. read more

I frequent this Tim Hortons often enough. It's like 10 minutes from home and usually where I like to head to on a way. This location is fairly decent in size. Usually there is one person out on cash while there maybe only two people working which means it could be slow at time but its usually not bad Has 3 booths and a counter to sit as welll as few table but i cant see it fitting more then a dozen people. Its usualy clean, its my preffered location and there are 2 other close by i close by i could go to instead but I like this one. read more

This Tim hortons is a new location, Before it was a KFC and a Taco Bell I'm pretty sure. It is in a very good location because the school That I'm currently going to is a 3 minute walk to get to there during the lunch period. But that can also be a negative because there is a horrible line up during the lunch hour. Secondly it is right near a funeral home so there is probably lots of people coming from there also. Now onto the food. If they are busy you will get your items very fast and they will taste fine. However if you go at a off time like 6 or so in the evening when people are having dinner, surprisingly you will have to wait longer and somehow the food doesn't seem to be as good. I will give it to them though that of all the iced coffees I have had the one from here is usually the best. I will also add that once I had a slice of pizza with me and I was sitting at a table with some friends who all had ordered drinks and sandwich's from the Tim hortons and the manager came to me and told me to get out because I had outside food in her store. I refused and told her I'm not leaving And she said she was doing to call the cops. I said go ahead and she didn't. MAIN POINT IS THAT I ALSO BOUGHT A $4 drink from here at the same time as the pizza. She never bothered me again though. read more

The donuts here are so fresh! The place is always clean and the staff always get the order right. Seating and parking is limited though. It's a busy location. Wish it had a drive through. Friendly and good service. read more
