The Jon Wayne Heating and Air quote for a new Train unit was right in line with one other companies quote for the same equipment. I am a real researcher before a big purchase kind of guy, so I pretty much knew what I needed and the brands that were going to meet those needs before I even had one guy out. All that was left was convincing me who to use. The third company tried to sell me on a unit I didn't want so was out of the running right there. I was pleased that all of the different companies were similar in prices, but Jon Wayne Heating came recommended from a friend who used to work in the business. The owner himself came out, and I didn't feel like I just had some slick salesman working me over. He listened to my questions and was able answer them immediately and took the time to go over everything in detail. They also handled any City Utilities tax breaks and Train rebates so I didn't have to worry about that. On the day of the install the guys came out on time, were thoroughly professional and had the new system up and running without any issues. Before they left I inspected everything closely myself and asked a few questions which they were happy to answer.
