Alexandra, the receptionist, was very friendly and helped me register as a new patient. Not having dental insurance, I was happy to know that Dr. Stephens offers an in-house program that is a yearly payment (very reasonable) and reduces all your procedures. Dr. Stephens is very kind and explains everything thoroughly, which I really appreciate. He is also gentle when he works on your teeth. He is very pleasant to talk to also. Martha, the hygienist, took X-rays and gave me an excellent cleaning and I had not had my teeth cleaned for a while. She, too, was very pleasant and gentle. She kept checking to see if I needed a break. I chose Dr. Stephens after coming in to meet him and having a free consultation that is offered to new patients.
