I am so happy to have found Tim! I needed a side door replaced and a pet door installed, and I reached out to quite a few listed on Yelp. It is always so difficult to know the quality of work and level communication when hiring a handyman. Tim was so great on all aspects. Most wanted me to go out and buy the door myself, and gave me limited guidance on what door to get. Tim arrived on time and came with everything needed (including the door), which was so impressive as it was based off of a conversation. Something that stood out to me in other's reviews and also held true for my job is his attention to detail and just how meticulous he is with his finished product. His work is of the highest quality; you can tell he does the job for you as he would for his own home. He clearly takes pride in the work he does. I had a pocket door that had gotten stuck. The door itself hadn't worked for ages, but at least it was mainly hidden away in its compartment. I had tried to bring the door out and see if it would still be operational. Instead, I got it stuck, and it would not budge. It was off its rail and since the rollers were not properly in place, it would not move. I used Yelp's "project" feature and sent out quote requests to a few companies. Tim's Handyman responded pretty quickly and gave me a fair quote. They arrived a couple minutes before our scheduled time, brought their clean slippers to use in the house, and finished the job to make the door not only unstuck, but to roll again as well, in less than 20 minutes. I think he was probably done closer in 15 minutes. Very professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. I was worried picking a business that had literally zero reviews when I engaged them for their services, but I am glad I did.
