I've maintained the relationship with the same office through moves and multiple new home and vehicle purchases, always bundling everything here. I've never missed or been late on one single payment. Over the past two years, we had some appliances leak, in addition to wind damage on our roof. One of the claims was inadvertently a duplicate (never questioned by this office...and for our singular roof), and we were told our entire homeowner policy is now cancelled. I went through the process of an appeal, only to hear today it was declined. With this lag, I only have 3 days (counting the weekend when insurance offices are not open) to find a new policy.
