My complaint would be their lack of communication. Having brought my car in multiple times, I have experienced the *same* issue every time and even brought it to their attention: you're car could be done for hours and you'll never know. I don't work from home so I've had to miss several hours of work while my car was "ready to go" and I was the one who had to ask. It'd be nice to get an update - even if it's not as soon as each car is worked on - but it's frustrating to wait and later find out you could have picked it up hours prior. For a small town maintenance shop, Willie's is worth calling if you're in need of a checkup or repair. They have integrity and get the job done (often sooner than later) so it's nice to drive away with relief.

I had made an appointment for 9:30 am. He was ready and waiting for me. A week prior I was pretty overwhelmed with all the various "Outback" models they offer. Gary asked me some basic questions and helped narrow it down. He told me about the key features. I'll be honest- the car I traded was 9 years old and the fanciest thing I had was WiFi. So to say I was overwhelmed is an understatement! After the car was purchased, I was shown how to download this nifty app (it's optional) but I thought it was worth it. Additionally Pete was helpful and gives a tutorial about the electronic features and made learning it relatively easy. He helped us sync the phones to the car and showed us how to use everything from the radio to the cruise control. I know enough to be able to use the radio and to drive the car. . Gary English was extremely helpful and made the process painless, fast and easy. The other Gary (finance manager) made the paperwork flow efficienyly. I highly recommend Piazza Suburu. If you go tell them I referred you and I'll get 50$ if you buy! Take advantage of their 50$ gift card too just for test driving it! They're moving to a brand spankin new location in early March. Woot woot!! I love their existing location because it's close. I don't love the lot which is chock full o potholes.

After a search for a similar used vehicle I found a replacement at Piazza Honda of Pottstown. I live in New Jersey and Pottstown is relatively far away, but I believed that Piazza Honda of Pottstown had a reputation for honesty and integrity, so I made the journey. The vehicle was fine but very dirty. I was told it would be cleaned up before purchase and they did that. However, as I drove home, I found that the vehicle was missing a key feature in their online advertisement: a navigation system. It was also missing another advertised feature. Overall, these discoveries made me feel like I had been lied to. Contacting the Dealership, I was told that their online advertisements are sometimes incorrect but the advertiser is a separate company that they had no control over and Piazza Honda of Pottstown had a disclaimer stating this. So I asked, "Then who speaks for the Dealership and who actually represents the vehicle?" Where is the integrity in this negotiation? Was this a bait and switch? We are often told, "Buyer beware." If I had asked the salesperson to demonstrate all the features of the vehicle before the purchase I would have discovered Piazza Honda of Pottstown's error and I could have asked for some concession or not made the purchase at all. But after the deal was closed I had no leverage to ask for a concession or to ask for a replacement accessory. As I write, it has been two weeks since my purchase and I still do not have my vehicle's Title. I was told the Title would be mailed when the purchase check cleared. The check was a Cashier's Check; it represents funds on hand. It should not take two weeks to clear a Cashier's Check and then get a Title into the mail. What is Piazza Honda of Pottstown's hold up? I'm rating Piazza Honda of Pottstown as a two in this Review. Their advertisement was misleading and not honest. And their response to all the facts in this purchase lacks integrity. With Piazza Honda of Pottstown, "Buyer beware."

The most major violation of this was bringing me "my" cabin air filter to show me it should be replaced. To get to that filter, they have to open up your glove box, go through/pull your items out, and then remove to get to the filter. So they went through my personal and private property without my authorization or permission, since all I asked for was a tire rotation. They also brought me "my" engine air filter, showing how dirty it was. I never asked them to do that. Also, since they took my car to the back instead of the Express Lane, I'm sure those filters were their display "let's get people to spend more money" filters they bring out.
