Their Biscoff cheesecake needs to be described as deconstructed because a bowl of whipped cream atop a small scoop of cheesecake with a dollop of Biscoff paste does not look like what a person visualizes when they order cheesecake. The peanut butter pie wasn't pie (it's served cold in a skillet, which just seems odd) and its flavor was mostly sugar & not enjoyable. The carrot cake was good and there's a large serving (three people could split this and feel happy). The restaurant is warm and inviting, feeling more like a homey cabin than a restaurant. Though our water was never refilled, and the waitress wasn't very friendly, it was nice to get out of the hotel for an hour. This place could be amazing (no renovations needed!) if the staff made guests feel more welcome and the menu and some of the dishes get a makeover.
