Both drinks were weak, and the americano became almost undrinkable. I do believe we had a newer barista who may have still been in training. The peanut butter cookie was lovely and local. Plus a boutique section with women's clothing and accessories, a good range of local craft items, and plenty of gift-shop browsing if you have a few minutes. The space is bright, clean, and creatively decorated without feeling precious. Prices are a little high for the value, but not in a way that ruins the experience. The real reason for five stars is the coffee and the barista. Superb espresso, made with care, and served by someone who clearly knows what she is doing. Service was warm, quick, and professional.

The "menu" is slim and not made in house and the baked goods looked several days old. The second is the gift store - with a wildly wide selection it's honestly sensory overload. Raymond lacks a lot of tourism shops so I guess it at least has this one.
