I loved the pulled pork, but I tried the pulled chicken my son had and was blown away. It wasn't actually pulled, it was sliced, but so tasty and absolutely melt in your mouth. I'm picky about barbecue sauces but their Alabama white sauce that they had was delicious. We all had very similar dishes in different combinations and every single one of us was pleased as punch with everything. If living here or just passing through, I highly recommend The Firehouse as the place for great barbecue.

Joey was the shift manager (I hope I got his position correct). He gave us a tour of the restaurant and gave us a history of the area. Everyone in the restaurant was very polite and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. It had numerous photos on the wall and had a real working Firetruck that was about 100 years old. We will be back again.

For my entree I ordered the Chef's Pasta and opted for the Cajun cream sauce with blackened salmon. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce and salmon made it the perfect combo. Would definitely get this entree again. The service was great and our drinks never ran dry. Our waitress made several suggestions for the table and was super attentive and kind. Overall we had a great experience at Label and will be back.
