Was told by the proprietor that he couldn't find a plumber, toilets had been overflowing for awhile. Although I asked for a spot close to the bathroom, (glad I didn't get one) the road to the spot I was headed to was being graded as we entered. The camp was half empty and many concrete pads were available, I was given a gravel one. We have traveled across the country and this was then worst camp we have ever been to, we won't be back, would have been better if we just pulled into a truck stop on I-70. Without working restrooms, I thought I. MIght have been offered a refund, but won't be back and I hope others find this helpful.

While in Grafton last week, my family and I made our way to the Aerie's Winery for some wine and…read moresnacks. We took the Skytour up to the winery which was really fun and a unique way to get to the winery. It was super cold outside, so I was glad to see they had a closed in gondola for us to sit in instead of the open seat ( I would have frozen). Once we got up to the top, we were able to walk into the winery pretty quickly and since it was not too busy, we sat at a table and our server/bartender came over to check in on us and provided some menus for us to look over. We opted for some wine flights and we ordered a spin dip and a charcuterie board for the table. The wine flights were all tasty. The bartender selected 5 samples of dry, sweet and semi sweet wines for us to try. I liked how she gave us some local wines and some non local wines. It was a good mix. Sitting at the table was really relaxing and we enjoyed the view so much. I can see this spot being so amazing in the spring/summer and cannot wait to go back.

There is so much to do there, between swimming, hiking, golfing, and fishing -- or even just relaxing by the pool with a great book. The rooms are immaculately clean and so comfortable; the beds are like actually sleeping on a cloud. Make sure you get a golf cart. It's the perfect addition to exploring the grounds and making you feel fancy dancy along the way. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and perfect to enjoy on the massive sundeck at Town Hall. We were so sad to leave, and I am already planning my next trip back.

While check in wasn't until 4, you are allowed on the grounds for the days you are there, whether you are checked in or not at your rental. Such a great perk! We spent the majority of the day at the Charette Creek Commons pool. Its huge, plenty of seating. There are umbrellas that are permanently in the ground so the chairs are arranged around them. There are no towels, bring your own and while inflatables are not allowed, pool noodles are. There is a food service area on site, they had BBQ this day, and prices seemed reasonable. There is a full bar on site, which beer is reasonable, I feel like the frozen drinks and other concoctions are priced high. Unfortunately every time I tried to get one of them, they were out or not frozen yet. There is a restaurant on site, Clubhouse Bar and Grill, however we had overheard there were several bachelor/bachelorette parties headed there so we opted to save that for another time. There is a little shop and creamery also on the grounds. We are not golfers but the golf course was popular and looked like a great course. Cannot wait to get back!

I am in shock by my last experience here. This is for the Geneva Cove Condo on lake Aspen. Booked…read morefor 2 nights and paid $850. Once we got there on Friday night, the door couldn't be opened as the door chain was blocking it, which is very bizarre because that only happens when you lock it from the inside. They did bring someone to fix it and by the time it was all figured out, 45 min had passed. We needed to get inside to change into our bathing suits so we could go to the beach. Then once inside, my 5 year old got on the bed and was playing with my husband. My kid got inside the covers and I noticed an off white stain size of a hand on the white sheet (we all know what that was)! I tell her to get out of there immediately. I inspect the sheet and there are also hairs and sand. Makeup stain on pillow. They had never been changed it seemed like. I inspect the bed cover as well and notice a weird brown stain on it and a bunch of other stains. It was pretty much filthy. It had a film of dirt on top. Especially the throw pillows. They hadn't been changed or washed in months, if not years. You could see the spot in the middle where people had put their heads, it looked greasy and tan. I check out the other beds and they all had the same issue. Bed covers and throw pillows were all beyond filthy and smelly. I call customer service and explain the situation. They bring someone to change the sheet but only for one bed. I tell her they all needed to be changed. She goes back to bring more linens. Meanwhile the kitchen sink smelled like there was a dead animal in there somewhere down the drain. I ask housekeeper to come take a look while she was in there (she was really nice actually). I thought the smell came from the water, but she figured out it was actually the drain. FLIES were coming out of the sink drain as well. That's how nasty it was. She said she had some tablets in her car for it and that she was going to grab them for me. That did fix the problem thanks God, but it left me really grossed out with the place. Oh, and my mom went and cleaned the patio furniture as it was all covered in sand - tables and chairs. There was no where to sit. So by the time all this was over, it was dark outside and we missed going to the beach altogether. Innsbrook Inn texts me the next day saying they will offer me a late check out for all of the troubles they caused. I thought that was a joke. I told them they should have offered at least half off refund for wasting almost half my time. Honestly if they had any shame at all, they would have offered a full refund for having us come into contact with other people's nasty bodily fluids!!! They said they would offer me $120 off but no more. This was a complete rip off!
