I have lived at Timberlakes at Atascocita going on 4 years. The office staff has always been great! I especially appreciate Miss Carina and Miss Marquita. They do their job with excellence, compassion, care for the community, care for the grounds and each and every person who resides there. One thing I find especially remarkable, is the fact that I can see that Miss Marquita is a God-fearing woman. She is kind to everyone and she has a strong faith! For those who believe in a higher power and those who don't, she treats everyone with the same kindness, grace, truth and excellence! She draws people to her with her smile and that ability is Divine. I beg anyone to debate that! I love living at Timberlakes we have a great community. read more

I've lived at this apartment complex for several years now, and when I first moved in, it was a decent place. However, over the past few years, especially the last few years management has declined drastically. This past year has been the worst. I've had ongoing issues even with gnats in my food and home,the property isn't maintained well, and management is inconsistent about addressing problems. The maintenance staff tries, but they're let down by poor leadership and unprofessional management. Safety has also been a major concern--we even had a murder suspect hiding here and to make matters worse, they never charged me for water usage for years and now they're raising my rent to cover it seems like! I can't wait to leave. I do not recommend this place at all!!!! read more

I started having chunks of black flakes fall on my bathroom counter so I took the air vent off and saw how awful this all is. It took over a week for them to come out just to look. I called and called daily, every manager had no idea what was going on. I was told "they will be there tomorrow", only for no one to come. Finally a few weeks later, the mold guy came and fixed the ducts. The vents are painted over, you can still see mold through the paint (I will edit and upload them). I'm not sure if the paint is special and has a way to kill the mold? My rent went up almost 200$ and I can't even get freshly new vents. I want to buy my own but why should I have to. Also, the maintenance man came by to look at the wall behind the toilet, he fixed the green pipe, but he said the wall is fine. This apartment does walk through inspections a few times a year. Why didn't they look for mold? Also, if you look at the pics, it looks like they already covered the mold once before with the same white substance. Also, the smell from whatever they used still hasn't gone away, after almost a week now. Next*** I will upload pics of how hilarious the stairs look. One neighboring the first floor set a basket ball goal on the door way for the trash guy to take, well, he never did. So maintenance threw it behind the stairs, it's been there almost 2 years now. I have lived here for 15 years, maintenance gets to work orders in a promptly manner. The girls at the office are absolutely amazing always ready to help. I have no complaint regarding the team as they do their best to attend to us (their residents). They are ppl that live here that don't maintain their own apartment, they expect to get cleaned after this is a community we have to do our part to making it look great because I know the team here tries their best in everything they do! read more

Our move in date was pushed back due to the last tenant not moving out in time, what makes it worse it was still dirty on move in date. We asked before moving in was we able to see the apartment to make sure everything was together and clean, they told us no. We should've known from there not to move in. It's constant trash all over the building. Maintenance doesn't come right away, you have to wait days maybe even weeks to get your order viewed. The gate is always broke. Children are throwing and breaking items in the apartments such as glass, beer bottles. Kids wandering around, playing on your door and ringing your door bell. Air vents are dirty and dusty. Ok these apartments suck. And I'm going to tell you why ! The maintenance men don't do nothin but sit up front at there garage gossiping all day I currently live here and have told them about my washer 2 months ago have talk to just about every woman at the front office about getting my washer fixed a guy came out about a month ago and said that he'd have it fixed the next day we'll that was a month ago every time I call the front office they say they'll talk with maintenance and call me back. Not one of them have called me back. Been going to the washateria for the last 2.5 months. My master bedroom light has a short in it reported that about a week ago thank god I have a lamp and a closet light smh my disposal is broken now wonder how long they'll take to fix that ! Elena is the worst leasing I've ever came across. I was trying to move here luckily I didn't. I don't recommend this place. I did most of the work for them, I never once received a call from them to give me an update of what was needed if it was for me calling I would of never found out. While I know we live in the ghetto, we do not have to act like we live in the ghetto. I look past the weed smell, the dog poop and how disgusting the stair wells are but the office staff is absolutely rude. Every single interaction has been negative. The pool is filthy, with the reason people allowing their naughty children to destroy it but also the office staff allowing it. If the pool opens at 10, it should be open at 10. Everyday there is a delay or it is closed. My kids and I go in and clean up after people so we can someone enjoy it then get told it's closed for cleaning, while the office sits inside. I currently rent a 3 bedroom apartment at Timberlakes. Management showed me the pristine condition show model- telling me my apartment was not available to be seen, I naively believed believed mine would be the same. For the price I pay for this apartment, I could have been renting a house instead. This area is crime riddled, noisy at all hours of the night, hearing domestic disputes and loud car music. My car was broken into- I told the office and management about it - zero response. Try to get something fixed - took two months for a replacement dryer ( another used ) that didn't put rust on the clothes. These are facts about Timberlakes apartments at Atascosita in Humble TX that are apparently "managed" by a company called Gaia. I'm not writing this review because I'm angry etc like a lot of people do. I'm purely sharing facts as we have experienced them since living here. Initially the place looked nice. It looks good from the street etc. Staff was friendly and nice. We looked at several places in the area. We building a house close by so this was going to be a relative short stay. You will experience the following: - As soon as we signed the contract attitudes changed in the office from helpful and nice to we couldn't care less. - Live next to a stinking water treatment plant - Google map it you can clearly see it. Staff will not mention anything about this stinking little gem hidden right next to the apartments. I promise you, you will want to vomit at least once a day because of the awful smell. Our moving guys were actually gagging on the day we moved because it was "mix up the feces day" at the plant. I promise you if there is one reason to NOT stay here, this is it. - The show apartment which they will show you is WAY better than the apartment you will get and I mean WAY better. Not little discrepancies. MAJOR ones. So, demand to see a real apartment, not their "show" apartment... - Expect to be shocked on day one when you move in. You will have that draining empty feeling as soon as you walk into your apartment. - Your carpets will be old and stinky. They didn't even bother to vacuum our carpets, the proof is in all the ear rings that our vacuum cleaner still picks up that was left all over the place by the previous tenant. Carpets have a oily-grimy feel to them, you can not walk barefooted because your feet will get dirty from the dirty carpets. - The kitchen cabinets are falling apart. We requested for them to be fixed the day we moved in. That was a month ago. - The one bedroom physically does not have a light fitting for a light bulb. It has been painted over and the room will have no light unless you have lamps. - The walls have no or little insulation. Forget about hearing your neighbors having sex etc as others have mentioned. Be more concerned about your electricity bill. This apartment is costing us more in electric bills than our previous house that was triple the size of the apartment. - All windows are single pane. The hot Texas sun burns right through them. Contributes to your high electric bill. The cheap see-through blinds they have does not even block the security lights at night so they will definitely not block heat or sunlight. - The mediocre AC unit will be working all day to keep the apartment at 75...if that. The maintenance guy will just come around and replace the filter when things get hot in the apartment. - The toilet runs constantly - will contribute to your higher water bill. I tried to fix it. Turns out it has been fixed so many times that you can't fix it anymore. Reported it a month ago. Still waiting for someone. - Kitchen counter tops have been painted with paint that does not seem to dry at all. Pots, pans, anything sticks to it like glue. Complete mess. - Blinds are thin, see through plastic and mostly broken. Does not block light or heat etc. If you want to sleep in a semi dark room, then you'll have to go spend money somewhere to find something that blocks light. - Generally the place is dirty. Trash areas are a mess. Fast food packaging etc lying around all over the place nearly all of the time. To be fair, this is lazy and uneducated tenants that throws their trash all over the place. - We have dogs. They supply dog bags to pick up your dogs poop. We use them. We are in the minority. There is dog poop all over the place...See comment about lazy and uneducated tenants... - Our entry area is filthy. Looks like previous tenants had several bbq's etc and spilled oil and drinks etc all over the place. Asked the maintenance guy on the first day of moving in if they can clean it with a pressure washer. His response was that the management company is not interested in cleaning the mess. - You will pay a premium price for apartments that should not even be offered for section 8 housing projects. - We have spoken to associates and the manager here about these issues. In general they don't care. Have no to little customer care relation experience. Still waiting for email response from manager that was sent 2 weeks ago. In short, they don't care. It's quite clear that they all hate their jobs and what is going on, on their cellphones are more important than your measly concerns. In short. We wished we had done more research. Especially online, because the warnings are there. If it wasn't going to cost us a fortune to break contract we would have been out of here on day 1....You have been warned. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT!!!! I repeat DO NOT sign a lease here. I haven't even slept in the apartment yet. Everything is wrong!!! They gave me keys that did NOT work. The maintenance came out and gave me more but the door of the place needs to be replaced couldn't lock it behind me. The crown molding has water damage. There's mold on the ceiling of the AC door. The A/C did not work they had to get maintenance to come and repair. The apartment was not ready at all. The hallways have cigarette buds and trash everywhere. The pain job on the doors are horrible you can see where it was dripping and dried up in place. All the office can do is apologize and put in a request I haven't fully moved in the apartment and I'm ready to move out. They claim they upgraded the place all they did was upgrade the kitchen and slapped paint on everything else to cover up the actual damage to the place..... Update!! I have returned to my apartment and everything was fixed and replaced. As if it was never there! Victoria the manager made sure everything was done. So I now can be at ease for the moment. This place is terrible. No window screens on NONE of the apartments so your place feels congested and never ending mold. You can clean it as much as you can and mold comes right back. Even the washers were moldy. And the tub was disgusting !!!! They are painted to "look good" but then paint comes off and sooo moldy. I would clean it so good and then mold comes right back. All the paint was chipping off, I complained and they came out to repaint it. Smh. Then of course, paint still would chip off and mold comes right back out. I would be soo embarrassed when I had visitors. You can hear everything from upstairs neighbors if you live on bottom floor. There is trash everywhere outside. Maintenance takes forever to come out. Cabinets falling apart, fridge will be cold, then hot and food turned bad. They would say it's fixed but it would always stop working. I complained that there was a bad smell in my dryer, it was soo bad. they finally came out like 10 days later and turns out a bird had came through the outside dryer vent and was dead In there. They said they would only clean the vent out. When they did, the smell was still sooo bad. I told them it needed to be replaced but they wouldn't. Finally another bird got stuck in there but this time it was alive, I told them it was chirping and if they could please come out to take it out before it dies in there again. They came out like a week and a half later but by that time, it was dead. I kept complaining and they finally agreed to replace the dryer. The replacement dryer also stank BAD, it must've had the same issue and just put it in my place. My clothes smelled horrible. Worst place I have ever lived. Someone got shot there also, police are always there, flights happening outside. DO NOT rent here. read more

This place is honestly horrible. I lived here for almost 10 years and my stories are endless. They put us in a horrible unit, with all counters bathroom and kitchen painted over as well as bathtubs. It was all peeling horribly. They wouldn't fix it. Unless you wanted to leave your apartment for days with your pets just so they could paint over it again. Carpets were gross upon moving in. Mold grew everywhere it possibly could. If you told them about the mold problem they would blame it on you. Or send someone over with bleach to wipe where it was visible instead of trying to find it's source. It is from their negligence. I remember when my upstairs neighbors had such a bad flood that water was POURING from my ceiling and light fixtures. They did NOTHING to dry out my walls or replace fixtures or drywall. They just said it would dry out. So yeah stuff like that. But then they will tell you it is your fault because you don't get up in a ladder and dry your walls and ceiling after showering. The most horrible thing they ever did is when my Mom was in hospice care dying of cancer - and they KNEW the situation- they stalked my apartment looking for opportunities to tow family and friends coming to see us. They towed a young friend of mine that stopped by VERY briefly to see my Mom before she caught a flight in case she never got a chance to see her again. She forgot to park in visitor parking and was not even in my apartment for 10 minutes and when she came out her car was GONE. We thought someone stole it! Proves they were watching and looking for a chance. Then the day my Mom passed away, they towed some friends that showed up to support me because in my anguish I forgot to tell them about visitor parking. When I called them and told them how hurtful all of this was they did not show any remorse or offer to redeem themselves. Just cold blooded. We had an ac that did not work properly that just drained our bank account for YEARS before they finally fixed it. Our bill dropped by around $200 when they finally did. The maintenance men have no respect for your personal belongings or space. They made disgusting messes when they enter your apartment. I've had them set dirty tools on my clean dish mats! The head maintenance guys is really good at what he does and was not like that but the others were incompetent and gross and I HATED calling them for help. They WAY overcharged us for our apartment. And when I tried to tell them the shape our unit was in and how unfair the rent was they did care. I even asked to be transferred to a unit worth the money but they wanted to charge us to do that. They literally chase out long term tenants by not keeping up with the units and jacking up the price every chance they get. Very sad. Pool is always gross. I gave up using it MANY years ago. Not to mention masses of unsupervised teenagers rule that area anyway. I've heard gunshots there more times than I can count. Once right outside my window! There was a man found dead on the sidewalk close by my apartment at one point. You will be living right by a sometimes SERIOUSLY stinky waste plant of some sort. You'll be sitting in your apartment blaming your family members for farting when nope! It's coming from next door! Anyway , I could keep going but you get the jist. Don't be fooled by the picture they show of the model apartment online. That is not what you get. At all. Enter at your own risk. You WILL regret it. They will see to it. read more

Horrible sewer small in apartment COMPLEX and from garbage disposal. Also, the office has a relationship with towing company and WILL TOW YOUR VEHICLE even if you have a parking sticker in your window and even though your vehicle license plate number is listed on your lease paperwork. In my case I have a second vehicle that I do not drive (because that's my choice) and my car was towed. Stairways are never cleaned in my building. Trash and debris piles up. Keeping the grounds clean is the managements responsibility, but in my building it has never been done since I've moved here. Pet owners are not responsible either. Dog poop is left on the grass where our children play. Unacceptable cleaning of the grounds, yet advertising signs are all over looking for more tenants to move-in. The office staff is a big fat joke! I pay my rent ON TIME each month. I have received TWO notices to vacate on my door because of the incompetence of the staff. How do you forget to post someone's rent to their account when that's your job? Staff is not impressive. Never deal with Elaina. She's NOT helpful or knowledgeable. She looks like 'duh, huh'. If anyone wants to move to Atascocita, TX, DON'T MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS!!!! The staff is very unfriendly, the change the rules all the time without informing you, no place to park, guests have to park up front (If there is a spot left open too park) and then walk up to 3-4 blocks if you live in the back, the walls are paper thin, they're expensive, and when your lease is up if you don't write them a note saying your moving out 60 days in advance (should be obvious since your lease is up) they want to charge you a months rent even though you're not living there anymore. This place is a joke. Glad I'm outta here end of this month. read more

The staff here is a joke. They closed the drop box that I always put my rent in, and told us we have to either pay online or walk into the office and hand them our check. So I called to set up an online account and they said I can't. They said it's too late to sign up for online payments. So the only thing I can do is pay rent by walking in the office on the weekend closest to the 1st. I have a job during the week like a normal human being, so I can't ask off every time the 1st rolls around to cater to these people and walk in to hand them rent. I was threatened eviction by the property manager today because i wanted my dryer fixed. My mom went to speak with them and he slammed and locked the door in my mom & my daughters face.... he told me if some woman didn't rent from them because of me he was going to evict me.... he was done with me and he did not have to speak to me and EVEN threatened to call the police... wanna know why? Because i want my dryer fixed or replaced. The maintenance guys work hard but there's only so much they can do with this run down place. Immediately upon moving in my apartment, I knew I'd made a mistake as there were several issues right out the gate. Drawers I couldn't open b/c of shitty "upgrade" installments, broken ceiling fans closet shelving and doors etc..I've had them come out and attempt to fix the same sliding glass door in my kids rooms twice and it still wouldn't stay on track. Maintenance upkeep on the apartments in general is trash as the AC units are noisy as all hell, and whomever they use for pest control seems to not be very good at their job as bugs and spiders were a constant despite having those guys come out and spray monthly. the continuous office staff turnover also caused problems with my lease. 1 staff member on her way out neglected to give me or notify someone there to get me the correct lease i signed upon moving in. I didn't even find out that the terms of my lease had changed due to an error on their part until the month I thought I was supposed to be moving out. In that instance another staff member showed me the lease THEY had in their system for me. The whole fiasco forced me to stay in that shithole for another month. Then upon my actual move out week, yet another new staff member informed me that I had to pay extra fees and that any "verbal agreements" made with staff were not valid. The staff I spoke to TWICE to confirm what I could and couldn't do during that week? Gone. The common areas like the Barbecue and Mailbox area are in horrid condition. No real penalties for tenants who let their dogs shit all over the grass and not pick it up. I could go on and on but the bottom line is If you have any other apartments that you like or are thinking about, I would go there because this place is truly not worth what they're asking for in rent......and that says something b/c they are 1 of the cheaper complexes around in the area. This complex is NOT friendly to the disabled residents. They have pest control issues, horrible communication with residents on pending issues and the complex has trash scattered everywhere. The property manager VICTORIA PEREZ is absolutely garbage! The complex is roach infested to the point where it is inhabitable! They showed us the nice model home that we expected but when it was time to move in the stairwell was infested with nats, our apartment was infested with roaches, no tub stoppers, kitchen sink was leaking badly, mold was at the bottom of kitchen sink and in the carpet. No matter how many times we put in trouble calls for maintenance they never came to fix anything so I had to go to the leasing office and curse Victoria ass out! Apartments are filthy and disgusting please do not move there!!!!! I'm sure the better business bureau would not approve of the living conditions and customer service. I have lived here for almost a year now. Maintenance is trash, the grounds are trash, parking is trash, mail is trash, and the nasty sewer right next door is trash. Also, Dominique is probably the rudest, most unprofessional person, let alone CUSTOMER SERVICE worker, I have ever met. She doesn't know how to speak to people in a respectful manner, she has absolutely no care in the world to help tenants with any issues they have and she just has the most disgusting attitude. This complex could use a lot of work but getting rid of her would be a HUGE step in the right direction. I cannot wait to get out of these horrible apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE. read more

This apartment is horrible. The manager staff is polite, but basically only interested in prospects rather than existing renters. My a/c has been broken over a month and the only way to get service is to call them daily, at which time they act as though you're making a brand new complaint each time. The manager, Adrian is NEVER really interested in the current occupants. He doesn't entertain complaints as he believes or acts as though they are beneath him. Bottom line....too expensive for the treatment and care of the complex. Rent a house instead. read more

I have lived here for a while now and I am pleased with the service at the front Office and neighbors . The ladies in the front office are very friendly and professional. I had to get some small things fixed in my apartment and Maintenance was also very quick to take care of the small issue. Definitely recommend to look into it if you're on the hunt for a cozy home!! read more

I personally love this complex. I experienced one unprofessional leasing specialist by the name of Mel. Every other specialist including the manager Tristen did nothing but show me gratitude and displayed the highest level of professionalism and courtesy to me. The only negative is the parking for visitation (which was in place long before this current property management team took over).I have never had any maintenance issues with my apartment for me to comment on their professionalism in that aspect. I do see the maintenance team cleaning up the property often and they always say hello when ever you encounter them/ pass by. I am only leaving the complex due to my job relocating me to another state. No one complex is perfect seeing as though there are hundreds of tenants and you cannot please everyone but my experience has been great! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Been living here for only 2 months and I'm already dying to leave! Management is a joke. They do not listen, do not resolve issues no matter how many time you complain. The assistance manager is rude, disrespectful, argumentative and hateful. The entire place is disgusting and the people living above us are terrible. You can hear everything that goes on, including "intamancy". Its disgusting. Cannot get out of here soon enough! read more

This place has some issues. There is a serious sewer smell almost daily. Kids run wild and tear up anything they can get their hands on outside. There is trash, beer cans, and broken glass all over outside daily. Cars broken into. No convenient parking anywhere. Drug deals done in plain sight in the middle of court yard. Pretty sure there are a few hookers running around. Had a major water leak coming out of the ceiling in the middle of the night. I called and got an answering machine. Still waiting for the call back. That was 5 months ago. Oh yeah apparently if you are a few days behind on rent they help themselves to your TVs and anything else of value inside your apartment. One star is giving this place way too much credit. read more

My family consists of myself, my mother, my 8 year old daughter who suffers from respiratory problems and my 5 year old son who is special needs. We moved into a 3 bedroom apartment in April. To date, here are all the problems we have had: 1. It took them almost a week to repair the problems on my move in checklist. One of these problems was a clogged toilet. 2. The pool was shut down in May. They did not so much as post a sign. I was told by several people in the office that Harris County shut it down. I contacted Harris County - every department I could think of that could or would shut a pool down. Harris County had no knowledge that they shut the pool down. I had to call daily to ask about the pool, they never notified any of their residents when it was shut down or when it was opened. 3. The motor on my clothes washer died. It took me a solid week of calling DAILY to get them to come look at it. It was a total of 5-1/2 weeks before the problem was fixed. I was told on more than one occasion and by more than one person that the reason that it was taking so long was that the air conditioning units were dropping like flies, and that broken AC units are considered a maintenance emergency and therefore given priority over my issue. I would later find out when my AC went out that this is complete and total BS. The lease agreement states that it is not. Either way, I would never move into an apartment that did not have a washer/dryer in unit. We were paying $1300 a month and still having to go to the laundry mat. They do not have one on site, I had to haul a week's worth of laundry and both my kids to old Humble and do my laundry there. Every single time I called, I was told it would be taken care of that very day. I was also told several times that maintenance was literally en route to fix the problem, only to have them not show. 4. My air conditioner died in June. Again, it took several days of calling DAILY before anyone even bothered to come check it out. During this time, my kids and I came down with the flu. We were running 102+ degree fevers and having to couch hop to stay out of the 95-100 degree Houston summer. The windows here do not have screens, so I cannot keep them open without inviting the summer insect population into my home. 5. My kitchen sink and dishwasher backed up and would not drain. I keep a drain guard on both my drains bc I know that apartments don't install high power disposals in their sinks, but somehow something still got backed up. It took them 11 days to come look at it. This is after almost daily calling and once again being told several times that someone would be there that day. There was standing water in both the sink and the dishwasher that I could not scoop out, and I was having to dump chlorine bleach (which I don't normally use) to keep the filthy, stagnating water from breeding bugs and stinking the place up.They finally fixed it yesterday, and I was finally able to use my kitchen again. 6. My AC went out AGAIN. Three days of calling and being told someone would be there that day. No one showed. When they finally did come out, I was told that the compressor died and I would need a new unit. They told me that it would be installed the next day. Next day rolls around, and surprise, no one shows. I call, they tell me that they did not have a new unit available, and that it hasn't even been ordered Maintenance came back out to try to temp fix it, and when they could not, they told me that they would be back with a portable air conditioner so I could at least have one room. At 5:45, no one had come back, and no one was answering their phone. I had to actually go up to the office to find out that there would not be a portable ac unit, as the two units they had were already being used. I would have never been told that had I not gone up there in person. I had to scramble to find a place to stay, as it has been 85+ degrees in my house for four days at this point. Today, I arrive back at my apartment. Still no air. I call the office and they tell me that maintenance is at my apartment right now fixing it. This was an outright lie. I have yet to see them today. I am supposed to have my new unit today, but I am skeptical to say the least. 7. There is a serious problem with the breaker. My water heater trips the breaker if I use the dishwasher or the hot water cycle on my washing machine. My mother and I have mentioned this to every single staff member we have dealt with. I have reported it to the corporate office in writing. I still do not have a solution to this. They also replaced a toilet in my home with a dirty one from another unit and did not clean up the mess. I had to wait with a hole in my bathroom floor while they found one. They told me to pee in the bathtub in the interim. This place is horrible. read more

I've lived here for 2 years the apartment is great and the ground is always kept clean and nice views but I give a 1 for PARKING !!! They have very limited parking for residents and even less spots for visitors which make it a complete nightmare to come home after 7 or even try to invite a visitor over. Which backed me into a corner to pay for a carport just to have insurance that I will be able to park close to my unit, and at this time guarantee my visitor a spot to park without getting towed by interchanging my hang tags. Until now they're implementing a "new" and "improved" system for parking which is doing more harm than good because it's limiting more residents that live in the unit to be able to have a parking pass which means they will have to find a visitor spot which is only a handful of or be forced to buy a carport WHAT A HEADACHE!!!! My lease is up in August and I was weighing out my pros and cons from this complex and if I would not renew the main reason will be for parking or the lack thereof. It is very frustrating that a reason why you don't have visitors is because there is no parking and they fear getting their car towed. Also the management and office staff changes too frequently and you're not able to receive a package if they have to sign for it because they won't they would try to send it across the street to the convenience store where they sign and receive packages. read more

This apartment complex are great. Ever since I moved here in 2017. I have not had any mayor problem. Staff is very friendly always welcomes me so politely. If I have any questions or issues they are always willing to help. I would recommend Timberlakes, I have actually some friends that have moved here and they love it. I am currently a resident at Timberlakes at Atascocita and this is worse place I've ever leased. My air isn't working at this exact moment. It is 78 degrees inside of my apartment. I was told by the leasing office that my lease states that unless it is 80 degrees outdoors it is not considered an emergency. This is about the sixth time within a two week period. One of my visitors cars was towed because of the parking. There is no drop box for rent, the online payment center doesn't work neither do the leasing agents in the office. They don't answer the phones and when you come around to the office they're just sitting there. read more
