So I had to bring it back the next day and I got the transmission fluid changed. The following weekend we drove to Houston and the transmission started acting up. There was a couple times where I had to do a hard stop and when I took my foot off the break and press the accelerator the transmission felt like sounded like it was gonna fall out of the car. The next day I texted the dealership two different numbers that had texted me asking me how my service went. The only response I received was bring it in. In my message I asked them to call me. They obviously ignored my message and just sent a standard reply. Bring it in. I haven't had a chance to bring it in due to various family things that are going on right now with our family I went today to the dealership after I was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for somebody to come on the line to see if I could even take it in, I got stuck in traffic, and I made it there a few minutes after my appointment time. Some guy came up and I explained the situation he did not seem to really care once he looked at my information and said oh Josh is your service advisor. I'll go get him. Josh came back and apologized because he said he had two other guests I said that's fine I didn't explain the whole situation again and I reread the text message that I sent to him that he said he didn't get or didn't see or didn't read I said I'd like to leave the car here and let you guys look at it but I need a car. I need a rental car. He says well let me ask my manager. He left came back and said like they were doing me a huge favor. My manager will waive one day of rental car, but if it comes back that it's not anything to do with what we did to your vehicle we're gonna charge you $205 diagnostic fee. I said no you're not going to do that. That's not gonna happen. He said well think about it and he walked away. I got so mad. I called my husband , So my husband and his cousin who was a mechanic, spoke to Jesse, they spoke only speak Spanish. They explained everything to Jesse. He said he understood. During that time, some guy by the name of Ernesto came out and introduced himself to me and when he started speaking Spanish to me, I said I'm not the one that speaking Spanish and he said oh you speak English. I have to say this man was the rudest person that I've talked to there recently. He was very, very accusatory, threatening and just flat out rude. It all started with him saying that they would take care of the one-day rental and I said that's not the problem. I tried to explain to him what the problem was and then he accuse me of doing something to my car because I had taken so long to report it I said I reported it when it happened. There's a text message two of them and then he says well what happened and I said you don't even know what happened and you're coming out here to talk to me about this he did again accuse me saying I don't know what you did your car and I told him well. I don't know what you did to my car either when I got it got serviced Here. For him to flat out, threaten me and say that I did something to my car and now I'm trying to pull something over on them. It's just absolutely Ludacris. I will never ever buy anything from Cavender Toyota ever again and I will tell every single person that I can tell to never use that dealership.

Only when I told I was going to go to report them they gave it to me that same day The only issue the car had was the back camera doesn't work and the manager specifically told me they would get it fixed and here I am over a year later still trying to get it resolved. Don't trust them. Service department doesn't know what they are doing and neither do the people in sales. The lady that answers the phone always replies with umm, uhh, i don't know, call back. IF THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU A CALL BACK THEY WONT!!!! In the text message is the service manager. Told me she would call me back the next day and 2 days past. She changes her number...... I tried to call the number it's been disconnected. Now they don't want to fix it because it's a "cosmetic issue"....
