My ring was my grandmother's from 1953 with an engraving from my grandfather and the jeweler was very careful to preserve the ring. When the cutting slightly effected the engraving he took it upon themselves to weld the ring together so that everything lined up while I waited a bit of time to get it resized. When I asked how much I owed they said no charge! I couldn't believe it, I will 100% be going back for my jewelry needs (I already brought my husband in to show a new band I like)!

Monday after work we rushed downtown to buy a graduation gift for my son, I knew they closed at 5pm. As we walked to the door, I saw a sign that read "by appointment only" and the door was locked. I saw the security person looking at me, he motioned to open the door. As we walk in, I start to greet him, he cut me off and asked "do you have an appointment?" I replied "No" His attitude, tone and demeanor was extremely condescending . He told us we can look around and he will see if he can find someone to assist us. There were no customers in the store and one staff person was visible, she offered us a beverage while we waited to see if a client advisor was available to assist us. After about a 15 minute wait, we were introduced to the client advisor, Natalie. Natalie was kind, attentive and within minutes showed us the perfect watch, on a ipad, for the graduation gift. Unfortunately the watch was not in the store but she promised to have it delivered the next day. We made an appointment to come back the next day, of course we encountered the same unpleasant security person but we had an appointment this time. Before I could take a seat Natalie ushered me to a beautiful space within the store to show me the watch, it was beautiful and she gift wrapped it for us.
