It was a nightmare. And months after the root canal, I occasionally have strange and uncomfortable sensations where my root canal was done. The lady on the phone was very professional & pleasant. Since I chipped my tooth the day before, she got me in quick the next day in the early morning. Seems as though, availability is flexible & I feel confident that they'd accommodate me immediately in any future matters. There is a special called "Look & See" to exam if you feel something is wrong which was fit exactly to assess my chipped tooth & if it was worse than I expected. I got into the room led by an assistant, put on TV (you can probably request to change channels), put on my bib, then did xrays as gently as she can & said that the Doctor would be coming in. It didn't take long to meet my doctor and she was soft spoken & kind. She was very informative of the process. She assessed my tooth & in addition found 5 cavities. I agreed to have them done so there was additional charge. Her hands were sturdy & not painful. She was very empathetic & conscious about pain.
