His wife, Lorraine, is the receptionist and she is very friendly. The office is attached to their home, and has a homey feel. If I still lived in the area, I would still be going to Dr. Rusak today.

He is a true Dentist he encourages consistent healthy tooth hygiene, he holds you accountable to taking care of his great work. I have 2 new crowns on my 2 front teeth a year ago and I get tons of compliments, they are seamless no discoloration they are a perfect match. I trust him with my smile, he is gentle and explains all of his recommendations. He always says You Must Floss, brushing is only step one, he got me back using regular floss. Dr. Chokshi works with me directly. He is the one doing my check-ups, cleanings, and x-rays. He is thorough, communicates well, and is completely knowledgeable in his field. He has stepped me through what is going on with my teeth and then recommends products for a better result. I will continue to use Dr Chokshi Divakar -- I recommend you do the same. He is honest, skilled, and no-nonsense. Personal attention and not a "factory conveyor belt" office feel to it at all.

The work he did on my teeth is still perfect. Unfortunately, I left and had 2 other dentists since then and they were not at the same skill or care level as Dr. Lota. My teeth were rotting under my faulty fillings and I was traumatized by painful dental visits. When my newish crown fell off for the 3rd time I had it with my old dentist. Thank God something reminded me about how great Dr. Lota was & angels must have guided me and my mouth back to Chestnut Ridge Dental for a consult on this faulty crown. Well, his super friendly professional staff got me in right away and treated me with kindness and care. I was embarrassed of my teeth at that time and had no dental insurance and they understood and put me at ease. They did not treat me any less because I couldn't produce a Black Card... I had some hefty duty work done and the only pain I had was self induced tension in my muscles expecting pain but experiencing ZERO PAIN and not too much trauma on the wallet either. Thank God. I actually had a team of people working on me and they were all excellent. I am so grateful for the dentists and all the staff that helped me overcome my trauma and bad experience and get my teeth back. I will never go anywhere else again.
