The only reason it's not 5 stars is the product turnover, new stock, isn't always the quickest so you may see the same stuff a couple visits in a row, otherwise never any issues. Although I'm not one who returns things very often, the one time I did it was quick and easy. Two thumbs up!

I would have been totally satisfied with a store credit. They were not willing to budge or accommodate under any circumstances. When ordering online it is very difficult to know the exact size, a store that offers online should definitely offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit. Second time in Cleo first time was a horrible experience I don't even know why I went back the second time, I was hoping it was maybe just a one-off the first time around. I order from Rietmans, Mark's work warehouse, etc all the time and whenever something is not fitting properly I have never been given a hard time to get a refund. I am going to assume that in this economic environment and retail stores struggling that this store just does not need clientele. Let me add on the bottom of the receipt it clearly states. No sale final. So why was I not given a refund?

No, I haven't been shopping for jewellery. My sweetie and I just each had watches with dead…read morebatteries, and figured that, as long as we were near a mall with a jewellery store in it, we might as well see if we could get the batteries replaced and get those watches running again. I've had my watch for about 20 years, and it's a good watch, but when I tried taking it to the jewellery counter in a Walmart to get the battery replaced, they couldn't even get the back open. So, I figured I'd try a real jeweller and see if I would have any more success. They not only replaced the battery, they also set the time and the date. (Setting the date is kind of fiddly on this particular watch because it's analog.) So now both of our watches are running, we can tell the time without digging out or phones, and we're as happy as clams.
