This review is for a 10x20ft tent rental. I called Junior on a late Friday afternoon after calling 4 rental companies. I was looking for a tent for a Saturday bridal shower-- last minute, I know. Junior was able to squeeze in an extra early delivery (7am) and honestly, he committed to the order before I even gave him the location! On Saturday morning, he was prompt with delivery and took extra steps to make sure the tent rental was where we wanted it. So we used to use American rentals for all our parties but they stopped doing rentals for parties and we had to find a new rental company. Gabens was amazing! JR got back to me super quickly (before any other vendor) about a quote and we set everything up. Prices were competitive and reasonable. We did a 50 dollar deposit to secure the rentals and he showed up the night Before our event to drop off and the morning after to pick everything up. Super reliable. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL: POLITE & PROMPT First off, the price for chairs and tables is reasonable, much cheaper than any other rental company in the IE. The price for delivery and set up is competitive too! I have to thank Junior for his patience in working with me. There was so much back-and-forth because of me. I kept changing things up on him because my vendors kept changing their minds. I felt bad, but he was polite and understood. I appreciate the flexibility. He followed up every so often, but not excessively. Ended up not using them because I ended up having enough, but was so happy I gave them a large tip for their time as thanks. Great people to work with, junior works with me on my last minute need, I was surprise to have it cuz I used to have a bad experience with other rental services, but this guy he on Top of everything, pricing was not bad service I would give him more than just 5 stars. After the set up he told me if the wind start to blow hard go ahead give him a call so he can come stable some more( cuz my on a hill and temp to hit with high wind). Rented for my daughter's party in December. Junior was so patient as I did so many changes from the chair count to the size of the tent due to the weather. He delivered the tent, chairs, tables and heater 2 days before the party. He even put some string lights to match my party themr. They showed up an hour late, I had to pay them an additional fee because they showed up an hour late and I didn't have time to set up the tables and chairs because the arrived an hour late and the brand new tables that I bought the night before mysteriously disappeared when they packed up their tables and chairs and left. They are unprofessional, inexperienced and shady. FYI, they only take cash and it's my guess that they're not a legitimate business. After, you include the set up fee and the money I spent on tables that I owned for less than 24 hours, they are far more expensive than any vendor out there.
