As far as comparing it to wash quality that i'd get from a company that offers hybrid (in-person and wash tunnel), i'd say it was probably not as great overall...but it still got about 75% of the day to day grime off the car. The vaccum area was really nice as well; was sad to see the 5$ price point on wipes (whereas a local business just 5 minutes up the road has it complimentary). Additionally I had a snafu with one of the floormats getting stuck in the mat washing machine. A nice (free) amenity, but had to wait about 15 minutes before someone would help me...i guess they're told until all cars have went through to not go help? idk, seemed odd to me. Will try it again soon when it's not as new to see how it's doing. Maybe a fluke.

My car is a 2006 Lexus GX 470, and I hadn't washed it in over a year. It had thick, old dirt caked on that I honestly didn't think would ever come off. Desean personally stepped in, used a stronger liquid solution, and carefully worked it in with a brush to help break up all that buildup. After that, she had my car run through the wash a few extra times to make sure every bit of that old dirt was gone. She was so kind, patient, and friendly the entire time. I never felt embarrassed -- just genuinely cared for. Because of her extra effort and attention to detail, my Lexus looks absolutely beautiful now. I couldn't believe the difference! You don't see customer service like that very often. Desean clearly takes pride in her work and truly cares about her customers.
