Ok bear with me there's a lot to say here- I showed up just before closing (sorry didn't realize) yet the team received my vehicle like it was the first that day. Most guys have been there outside cleaning cars for 10+ hrs! I looked around and saw a guy on a rollator (injured I assume) cleaning up and I said wow that's dedication. I was told it was the GM. I then proceeded to tell that young man the leader I saw in him. His team reflected his energy and dedication I was so impressed. I have been here a few times and they have always done a fantastic job getting my car cleaned. This time started a little on the rough side as my car is parked under a tree and doesn't get driven a lot therefore collected a lot of dirt and sap on the rooftop. Initially it seemed like I had put a couple of the guys out since they had to work a little harder than they may have wanted to. Bottom line. It got done. It was cleaned and looked beautiful. The detailer Steve who I was told is the new kid on the block did an amazing job making my car shine. It was definitely not same car that pulled in there. Long time customer but no more. 3 strikes and you are out. Cant justify spending $50 plus a nice tip for a vehicle that needs to be washed again when you leave the lot. Not sure what has happened here but the biggest issue is the initial wash. Guys do a poor job with little effort to actually wash the dirt of the truck. Didn't used to be like this so not sure what has happened. No mas for me. read more

I liked the old car wash. I love all the changes but the system rigged. #1 #2 #3 It's over priced. I drove all the way over here from West town mall. All I want was my inside of my car cleaned but I had to pay for #3 and I think that's ridiculous. If you're looking for a full-service car wash, look no further, y'all! Our minivan exterior was covered in pollen and we have three young kids....so you can already picture what the interior looks like-and it's not pretty. If you're used to the gas station car washes, you may have initial sticker shock, but you'll pick up your chin from the floor when they take great care of your baby on wheels and make it look brand new. We drove our van through the wash and then they detailed the outside and hand-dried with towels. They then climbed inside and did a detailed clean. They even removed our weather tech mats and hosed and wiped them down. The only area they seemed to miss were the back of our middle row captain's chairs (where your rear seat kids inevitably kick to annoy the siblings in front of them). There is a comfortable inside area to sit and relax and mindlessly enjoy the complimentary wifi while you wait. The wait itself was an hour on a weekday, but weekends are a longer wait. We will be back whenever we need a deep clean. read more

I visited Synergy Auto Wash at 10500 Kingston Pike on 5/19/2022 at 9:05am for a #3 Platinum inside and out cleaning. My car was serviced in the lane closest to Kingston Pike. After I left, I discovered that my passenger front WeatherTech floor liner was missing. I called the wash at 12:48pm and spoke with Chris (Manager) who told me to bring the car in so they could match it. Chris did not offer to take my information and look for the mat, he did not offer to check cameras; he simply told me to come to the wash and they would try to find the mat. I left work early and went to the wash around 4:30pm the same day. I spoke with Dylan who was very helpful. He tried to find the mat but had no luck. He then brought Chris into the conversation who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Chris told me my only option was to "call back in two to three days to see if it turned up". I informed him that was an unacceptable solution. He proceeded to shout multiple obscenities to me and in front of other clients when I told him his solution was unacceptable. He was very threatening towards me and attempted to get in my face when I told him I was not going to tolerate his abusive language. He also refused to give me contact information for anyone in management above him. He then walked away. Dylan took my information and said someone would be in touch within a few days. I returned to my car at 4:45pm and immediately proceeded to email Brian Davis (Owner), Keith Hall (Operations Manager), and Jolene Davis (Customer Service) before leaving the wash at the emails listed on their website. As of writing this review, none have responded. At 6:10pm on 5/19/22, I received a call from Chris stating he reviewed the cameras and discovered my missing floor liner had been put in a different customer's vehicle. Chris claimed to have spoken with the other customer, who committed to bringing my liner back to the wash. No timeline was given and I am still without my liner. read more

Got the #1 which was $49 and an ABSOLUTE STEAL!! We left my car there while running errands for a few hours and when we got back the car was INSANELY clean. And let me tell you, my plan was to never come back bc I was SO embarrassed how dirty my SUV was. It hasn't had a professional interior cleaning in probably 4 yrs. After moving, child ubering and a dog in the TN clay I never expected this thing to resemble clean again. I am so impressed. My car needed a good wash, so I decided to stop and give this place a try. They do hand washing and hand drying (which I prefer) and there's a small army who swarms your vehicle after the wash to ensure it's cleanliness. As a first timer, my overall experience was exceptional. The "greeter" exchanged pleasantries, gave thorough instructions of the process and what to expect. While waiting in a safe and comforting area for the finished product, I inquired about the location of the ladies facilities. To my surprise, the facilities were modern, updated and "spotless" I'm usually "squeamish" about public restrooms!!!! Afterwards, an employee inquired about its cleanliness, in which I assured him it was above satisfactory. Moments later, my car was ready. I gave my vehicle a quick inspection and was totally satisfied. My vehicle even seemed to ride smoother after its bath...and it definitely got lots of attention due to its shine. These guys SAVED my car when no one else could, and here's how! I'll be real with some of you: at one point in my life, I was a negligent car owner who didn't take his ride to the wash for a few months on end. Black spots formed on my shiny white Acura sedan, and no matter what drive-thru wash I ran the car through, those spots were TOUGH and seemingly irremovable/ingrained into the paint by that point. I saw that Synergy is actually a HAND-WASH location, and so I took my car there hoping that something might change. After taking it through their basic wash first, I noticed the spots were still there and took my car back around to talk to the welcome girl at the front of the line about the nasty spots on my car. She got ahold of the manager on her own, brought them over, and the dealership moved my car aside and worked together to buff out those seemingly irremovable spots by hand. When I came out of the waiting area about an hour/hour and a half later, my car looked like it had JUST came off the lot! I was amazed by just how much hard work the cleaners put into making my vehicle look spiffy again when no other car wash was able to. It was a little pricier than their basic wash and took longer than usual (for obvious reasons in my case), but the friendliness and effectiveness of their service CAN'T be understated! Most of the lower star reviews are about price and maybe time--if those aren't especially large factors for you, then PLEASE give Synergy a shot! read more

This is for the Synergy car wash in Knoxville. We took my sons 2015 GMC Canyon Truck up there in August 2024 and had it detailed inside and out, got it back home and realized they had taken out the WeatherTech floor mat for the drivers side and not replaced it. We called when we got home and they said they had it and would hold it for us. Went back and they had put it inside another vehicle. They took our info and said they would order it for us and give us a call. No call. My husband called several times and no one called him back like he was told they would. He called and got the manager at that office named Will and he said he would personally make sure this got done. It has been since early August and now it's mid November. No call. If I can't trust your word I will not be trusting any of my vehicles to you anymore. read more

Like all of the one star reviews- I wish there was a zero star because this place is HORRENDOUS. My issues started w this place in 2024 around Halloween when my Tesla roof glass was broken and I had noticed immediately after washing my car and returning to work on my lunch break. I called and provided photos and was told the owner was in Florida and was the only person who could review the footage. The footage they provided as proof is attached and comical. At first they told me it was evident before entering the wash- when I stated I could not see anything they then told me it could've happened on my five minute drive back to work after washing my car. The owner called and never gave me her name; when I asked who she was she rudely stated she indeed was the owner and laughed sarcastically. During the phone call she discussed that their wash was hands only and no equipment is used. However, the first thing you see is a pressure washer and huge brushes with pool noodles on the long handles that beat into your car while they're scrubbing it. Long story short, she ended the call screaming at me and hanging up and refused to answer when I called back. Fast forward to January and after selling my Tesla. I decided to give them one more chance (NO idea why) and purchased a membership w my brand new car. Last month, after returning from the beach, the pressure washers blasted through my paint protector film and, of course, wasn't noticed until I got to the grocery store after my wash. There were water bubbles stuck underneath the damaged film. I also asked to add on the interior detail to this wash- the manager told me he wouldn't charge me if I tipped the guys. So I tipped $40 cash this visit, and after noticing my damaged film I then inspected the interior. There was still sand in my cup holders, dust on my dash, and literal dirt on the back of my seats and rear interior door where my nephew had sat in his car seat. I didn't even call as I knew how the issue would be dealt with. Instead, I called to cancel my membership. I was told they could not do this over the phone and to fill out a request online. I filled out three of these requests over 3 weeks with zero call in return. I called multiple times after and no one will answer the phone or return my voicemails. This morning my card was charged again & I have reported it a fraudulent charge and submitted all information for further investigation. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME W THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Read these reviews and go somewhere ANYWHERE else. I am telling everyone and will continue to post about this business until it is gonnneeeeeee. I have never, in my life, dealt with such terrible customer service. read more

Their hours are not accurate. They open and close at the whim of whoever is running it any particular day. Twice I planned my day to be there during their opening hours. First time they were just closed. Today, I went 55 minutes before their closing time and they told me they had closed. Even though they had a full crew, tons of cars just exiting the tunnel, and were working on other vehicles. Their service, attitude and quality have gone way down since the new owners took over. I have been coming here for awhile and always loved the detailed job I received. However, since your prices have sky rocketed, the service seems to be less that desirable. I guess I usually get the $49 (top) package. The last time I was there, the inside wasn't cleaned as well as it used to be. I had to go back and ask them vacuum my trunk. This time, I paid for the $29 package thinking that $49 is just ridiculous. Well, unless you read the fine print, $29 does not get your inside touched at all. I thought it would at least come with vacuuming out my car. Nope. I also noticed that while there used to be a wait every time, there was none. I had been taking dogs to and from the animal clinic for about a month- the inside of my car had a lot of hair. I acknowledge that and planned to tip well. The issue was the time they quoted me. Before I paid, I asked how long they estimated the time for the $49.99 cleaning, I was told 30-45 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later, it still wasn't done. When I decided I HAD to leave, I walked over to my vehicle and no one was there. The carpet/floors looked great, but the windows, dashboard and other interior areas had not been touched. It's disappointing to pay this much for a car cleaning, and they not complete the job. Tomorrow I will be going to a drive through and washing the rest of the interior and windows myself. This place sucks. Today I got the $34 car wash and it was not clean at all. The guy left cigarette butts, straw wrappers and used tissue in my drivers side door. When I asked him if I could use the trash can to throw away the trash that was left in my car his response was "oh sorry I didnt know if you wanted to keep that stuff"...I said "Yeah man I was totally saving those cigarette butts...you've got to be fucking kidding me." They didn't take my magnet off the back of my car before running it through the wash and there was a thick layer of dirt left underneath the magnet. There was dust on my steering wheel and my cup holders were sticky from where a drink had spilled. I guess there idea of clean is much different than mine. Won't ever go back here again. read more
