I think it is the most efficient and cleanest automatic card wash in the area, but it's definitely pricey if you're not on the monthly plan! They do both exterior and interior (at an added cost) cleaning. They also have free vacuum stations with included re-used microfiber towels, combo interior/exterior detail spray, air hose to top off your tire pressure, free windshield washer fluid, and a 'tornado' style air gun to help loosen carpet dust while you vacuum. I would be careful about using the laundered - but re-used microfibers on your car paint since I've seen others use them to clean their wheels! All that brake dust and road debris would definitely not all washed out in a washer after use - and would not be good for your paint. I'm sure though that people go through the automated wash for convenience and not to keep their car 100% scratch free anyways. The towels are definitely cycled through a lot, because the 'fresh' ones that are brought out to refill the detailing station are all still slightly damp. read more

I started when they first opened with their half off deal. The washes were sometimes great, sometimes not. Very inconsistent. Wheels don't always get cleaned, bottom sides or my back window. If you like having a clean car... this is THE place to go. I have a monthly subscription and they clean inside and out. I have an SUV, so it seems that something is always messy in the trunk area. But they clean it out and vacuum out all dirt. I love the fact that they also put the tire shine on. My car looks brand new after each time I go! The staff is so pleasant and helpful. They REALLY want to make sure that you are satisfied. The car wash equipment damaged my passenger mirror, the wheels were not touched, two guys applying soap and hand wash the windows as you proceed to the carrier belt, the driver side employee swiped the driver window a few times and the passenger side employee stood there and watched my car roll through. I'm very disappointed with the outside wash of our car. We've been a pay by the month customer for 1 1/2 months. Today was the third time going in. Each time at the bottom of the outside the car is still dirty. From wheel well to wheel well on each side, a strip from the bottom of the car to the bottom of the doors is left unwashed. I'm not sure how this happens with the automatic car wash, but it does. I would think that since we pay for interior cleaning, which includes wiping down the outside with a cloth, they would wipe the lower part of the car to get it clean. We'll go another time or two before our month runs out. But if this is the service we get, we'll cancel our membership. I tried calling when I got home, but no one answers the phone. My husband and I have paid for this service for two years and have had great service in the past. My most recent experience was enough for me to post a poor rating and consider canceling altogether or at least changing locations. I can pretty much only go once a week on Saturday and today there was a sign up that said "maintenance, use hand wash lane". I got in the hand wash lane where several associates were hand washing a line of cars. A guy knocks my window and says May I help you? I said yes I'd like to get my car washed. He says we don't hand wash cars here. I said they are hand washing several cars now. He said yeah but we don't do that. I said your sign says to use the hand wash lane. He said I know but we don't hand wash cars. First of all, yes you do. Second of all, you may want to consider a new sign. Third of all, I have paid you for two years and if you are under maintenance on the twenty free minutes I have to wash my car during your operating hours, you need to make an exception.
