I think it is the most efficient and cleanest automatic card wash in the area, but it's definitely pricey if you're not on the monthly plan! They do both exterior and interior (at an added cost) cleaning. They also have free vacuum stations with included re-used microfiber towels, combo interior/exterior detail spray, air hose to top off your tire pressure, free windshield washer fluid, and a 'tornado' style air gun to help loosen carpet dust while you vacuum. I would be careful about using the laundered - but re-used microfibers on your car paint since I've seen others use them to clean their wheels! All that brake dust and road debris would definitely not all washed out in a washer after use - and would not be good for your paint. I'm sure though that people go through the automated wash for convenience and not to keep their car 100% scratch free anyways. The towels are definitely cycled through a lot, because the 'fresh' ones that are brought out to refill the detailing station are all still slightly damp. read more

The guys did a great job. I told him I had an appointment in 20 minutes where I had to drive an important client around and they got it done for me. My only suggestion is that they get some type of electronic Venmo link or something to tip the guys they did a great job and I was out of cash so I felt bad about not giving them a tip, but they were very gracious about it. read more

If you like having a clean car... this is THE place to go. I have a monthly subscription and they clean inside and out. I have an SUV, so it seems that something is always messy in the trunk area. But they clean it out and vacuum out all dirt. I love the fact that they also put the tire shine on. My car looks brand new after each time I go! The staff is so pleasant and helpful. They REALLY want to make sure that you are satisfied. If you experience the rare occasion where you see something that was overlooked, just point it out and they will quickly take care of it. read more

After much anticipation , I was excited to try Harper auto wash. When I arrived, there were half a dozen young men working. After speaking with someone I drove around to the drive through attendant and paid for the discount revive plan. I was very excited for my car to be vacuumed and cleaned and shiny. Between all of them they were done in 10 minutes. As I got in my car and drove out, I noticed that the dash was not clean nor the cup holders. Carpet not vacuumed and interior windows not clean. I\nPulled back around and let the attendants know what was not done. They weren't very interested and half-heartedly wiped out the cup cleaners and swished the dash. The tires were poorly cleaned. I could have done a better job. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I called and had to leave a message with AI to speak with a manager. No response yet. read more

I started when they first opened with their half off deal. The washes were sometimes great, sometimes not. Very inconsistent. Wheels don't always get cleaned, bottom sides or my back window. Price went back up to double which wasn't worth it so I went down to the basic level which barely puts water on my car. It's crazy! I just want my car to be clean! read more

They do a good job here, especially when compared with the alternatives. The waiting area is nice, and they have complementary drinks and snacks. The employees are generally pleasant, and the facility is clean. Tips are neither expected nor common. I love this, especially as I am paying for the monthly subscription, which I admittedly underutilize. The interior cleaning is not fast, but as long as you plan ahead (e.g., I bring my laptop and just work while waiting) this is not a big deal. The main negative is this: The interior cleaning service is not currently 'first come, first served'. This has led to some seriously long delays that could have been avoided. And, yes, sometimes you get lucky in the sense that they clean your car before some others that came in before you. There has to be a better way to keep track of car order. read more

Sometimes the vehicle is washed other times it looks like they have not even touched it I have to point out things that are wrong with the vehicle and then they will end up trying to fix it, but it makes it incredibly awkward if they are extremely busy having to point things out to them The most recent time took the vehicle in in the trunk mats were still dirty from food that I had leaked out days prior. I have used this carwash since it's opening, including last week. I've always added the interior option and that includes wheel cleaning. The work is always professional. However, the price for the service I always get has gone up more than 50% in 1 year. What was $46 a year ago now costs $67; plus the tip I leave for the crew. My service is always the mid-grade wash and add the interior service. I can't justify the new rates, but the carwash does good work. read more

Do NOT sign up for their car wash. The machine has torn a piece off our car twice!! The 1st time we didn't notice it for several weeks. We paid to have it fixed. Two weeks ago it happened again!! The car wash equipment damaged my passenger mirror, the wheels were not touched, two guys applying soap and hand wash the windows as you proceed to the carrier belt, the driver side employee swiped the driver window a few times and the passenger side employee stood there and watched my car roll through. Absolute garbage!!! Purchased a monthly membership back in November.I have used it several times. Went this past weekend and sat at the terminal for 15 minutes. Pressed the call button 3 times and never was seen by an attendant. Tried calling the business phone, no one answered. I ended up paying for a car wash. Went through, still had dirt on my vehicle. The vaccuming was not spectacular. I needed to do it again. I tried to use their free vacuums but two (of three) were broken so I couldn't. They did not even wipe down the door panels. read more

I'm very disappointed with the outside wash of our car. We've been a pay by the month customer for 1 1/2 months. Today was the third time going in. Each time at the bottom of the outside the car is still dirty. From wheel well to wheel well on each side, a strip from the bottom of the car to the bottom of the doors is left unwashed. I'm not sure how this happens with the automatic car wash, but it does. I would think that since we pay for interior cleaning, which includes wiping down the outside with a cloth, they would wipe the lower part of the car to get it clean. We'll go another time or two before our month runs out. But if this is the service we get, we'll cancel our membership. I tried calling when I got home, but no one answers the phone.
