The owner Kal's customer service is like a breath of fresh air, I haven't had 5 star service like his ever ! Originally his tech came out to clean my carpets, which I wasn't happy with the results and minutes after leaving a review the owner Kal emailed me apologizing and offered to personally come back out to re do himself ! Kal and his company provided excellent services with very reasonable pricing compared to other independent and large commercial services. As others have mentioned, he provided upfront and fair price quotes. He did not try to upsell any other unnecessary services. I have used other "large" commercial carpet and tile cleaning services before who hire "employees". They did not do the same quality work as Kal did, and many times they try to upsell and "nickel and dime" you for every little detail. I understand that they try to do this as many of them also receive Kal takes his work and his business to heart and treats your home as if it were his own home he was cleaning.
