Within just a few weeks, the caulk began crumbling and peeling apart. Since Sir Grout offers a 1-year warranty if you exclusively use their cleaner, they returned and fixed it at no cost. Unfortunately, within a few months of that repair, the caulk turned an unsightly yellow and mold reappeared beneath the surface. The shower looked terrible again. When we contacted them, it took a while to get a response. Eventually, Steven, who had actually performed the grout service and was absolutely lovely to work with, came out, admitted the mold and yellowing shouldn't have happened given our care routine, and said he'd reach out to his boss for a resolution. Weeks later of my partner following up a few times, Jose finally called, only to say there was nothing they could do and blamed it on "ventilation issues." I have never had yellowing issues with caulk before using this company, and the lack of timely communication, accountability, and follow-through on their 1-year warranty is disappointing. I will be hiring a different company to redo the grout.

The owner, Elvin, took the time to explain proper care and cleaning for tile and showed me how much of the wax- based bar soap had built up on the tiles which I clearly was unaware of over the years - I knew I needed a professional cleaning and resealing of my tile. I scheduled one shower for a thorough cleaning, resealing, and some recaulking. Upon completion of the first shower, I scheduled my second shower for a full cleaning, resealing, regrouting, and recaulking as it looked plain terrible. Elvin arrived timely each day and worked diligently to complete both jobs within the timeframes stated, and with minimal disruption being unable to use the shower until the job was completed and the tiles completed dried from resealing. Elvin also cleaned his work area at the end of each day, something we appreciate. Also, his wife Dina was responsive to all my texts for scheduling and for any questions I had - both Dina and Elvin were friendly and professional in all my interactions. Both showers looked much better and I regret I did not contact The Grout Doctor sooner. With Elvin's advice, I plan on maintaining my shower tiles properly moving forward and having him back as needed for any maintenance / professional cleaning and resealing as needed.

I moved into a condo that the previous owner said had the carpets cleaned and that it was move in ready. He was a bold face liar. The place was disgusting. It was late in the afternoon and I began calling carpet cleaning companies. Time to shine was the only place willing to come out that evening and do the job for a reasonable price. He was at the condo promptly and the work was finished rather quickly considering the amount of work needed. He did it very well though. $80 and a couple hours drying time later and I was moving my furniture in. Kal Sayegh is his name and he deserves your business. We had him come and do our carpet the next day, and he did an amazing job, we really appreciated his service. He was not only nice, but he was really thorough, yet quick! he came into our home telling us that he could get the stains out of our carpet, which we had heard before but when they finished it was not much of a difference. On short notice Kal came out to my house to give me an estimate on the master Bedroom. There had been some spills of Drinks and cigarette ash in addition to the dirt. He was very friendly and scheduled me right away. Some other places I called said they wouldn't even attempt it as it looked so bad that they were trying to convince me to replace the carpet. He came out two days later and finished the cleaning before I finished cleaning the kitchen. When I saw the work he had done my jaw hit the floor. Originally his tech came out to clean my carpets, which I wasn't happy with the results and minutes after leaving a review the owner Kal emailed me apologizing and offered to personally come back out to re do himself ! I have a rental property out in upland and I had no one to come out the same day for me unless they charged me a $75 same day service fee. Till my friend told me to call Time to Shine. Oh I'm so glad I called them. Such a respectful company, honest and hard workers. They don't try to rip you off or nothing. Wow! I called at 3pm on a Saturday and Kal was here at 3:30 cleaning our sofa, love seat, recliner, and area rug! My husband has a dirty, old reclining chair that he insists on keeping.
