There is a reason the Better Business Bureau gives Spectrum an F rating. They left an illegible hang tag on my door one day and then show up the next day and were not given permission to access the back yard. So with a bad attitude, ignoring a "Beware of Dog" and "No Trespassing" sign, he used a ladder to climb over a locked gate. Spectrum customer service was unable to help since one hang tag was illegible and the other had the tech name/number conveniently blank. Thomas E. Adams is listed as the Executive Vice President, Field Operations on the Charter Communications Spectrum website. https://corporate.charter.com/leadership/thomas-adams Of course there is no contact information for him. He is probably already too busy dealing with the thousands of complaints lodged with the BBB monthly. Worst of the worst!

This is the worst cable company ever. I had to go back to cable after moving to Redlands and I'm so disappointed. They ran my cable all along the outside of my rooms. Way back in the 80's when I had cable at least they didn't staple it all along your walls. It's been nonfunctional 3 times in 6 months. Still have to pay the full price. I had Direct TV for 16 years and it went out 1 time. I'm not sure if they are so awful because there is no other option here but seriously Spectrum step it up!

U guys suck..n ur service sucks too and so do all ur lazy ass technicians, thank u spell check for that tech word. Anyhow, I get 1 day off a week sitting around waiting on ur dam service technicians to come fix my cable wires in the A.M. and then he just flys by the dam phone only rang 1 time then they never even got off the car to check the property. I've been outside watering waiting. Now they tell me to wait until 3pm fuck that then would if the same thing happens. I ain't got all day to wait around for lazy ass cable ppl. W ur hi ass prices and tricks contracts. I'd just go to Dish. I'm tired of dodgers losing anyway. By spectrum. Hello dish. If I could give a quarter of the star u guys dont deserve a whole star. Very abset cust

I was doing 4 things at a time and was distracted while trying to establish service. I should've followed my gut and left. I filed formal complaints with California Public Utilities Commission and Verizon Customer Service. In short, I was supposed to only finance $200 and I ended up financing $1,610.00 because of the way Dimone finagled the account set-up. On Monday, 3/4/2024. I will send a demand letter to Verizon Legal Department to request remedies and cures for the unethical and fraudulent conduct of Wireless Plus, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, that caused personal injury to myself and my business line that was ported into Verizon as a new transfer account. I've already spent a little bit more than 5 hours trying to fix my account issues. On 2/28/24 from 3:30pm to 6:30pm, I was in a Loma Linda Verizon authorized retailer store to trade-in an old phone and start new business service. The representative, Dimone promised $1000.00 credit for an iPhone 15 Pro for new service and trading in my old phone. The wireless gateway was supposed to be free. I was promised a $70 bill and 2 days later I reviewed the bill to find no promotions were applied and my bill was $190.00. Dimone also added a protection plan that was not asked for. He also put the store's address as my billing address and entered a bogus contact number. On 3/1/2024, I visited a Sherman Oaks corporate location to get some clarity on my bill and to return the devices associated with my new account. I was told I need to handle the return at the Loma Linda authorized retailer store. I was also advised on the frequent complaints about unethical and fraudulent transactions at authorized retailer stores.

What really stood out was his professionalism and positive attitude--he made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and even enjoyable. Jason went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly, and I left the store feeling confident and completely satisfied. It's rare to come across customer service like this, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into making my experience such a great one. I made an appointment and came in to resolve a billing issue that the Verizon team messed up on the…read moreback end of their system. We were being charged full price $700+ for a phone that was supposed to be free as part of a promotion for adding a new line to the account. One of the sales reps called in to tech support. I sat on hold for 15+ minutes. The store manager told my rep to go help someone else and I stayed on hold, waiting. I called the manager over after about 25 minutes asked him if there was anything they could do in-store to fix my issue. He said no. This is the fourth time I've tried to resolve this issue with Verizon, after 2X being told by telephonic tech support that it was fixed. The third time I tried calling, I sat on hold for an hour but never got helped. One would think that in-person customer service would be more helpful than over the phone, but it certainly is not the case here at this store. I'm still sitting on hold in the store, the manager and the sales reps walk by like they don't see me here, and now we've been here for over an hour. This is ridiculous and absolutely NOT proper customer service.

I was in and out with my brand new phone in hand. Thank you for answering all of my questions and explaining everything so thoroughly and patiently as well as making the experience so stress free, which is more than I could say about my previous experience at a store nearby. Originally I started at the Redlands location, but had such a disappointing experience with one of their team members, Vanity. My goodness, get ready for the upsell and the most uncomfortable experience of your life. At one point I became so uncomfortable I thanked her for her time and attempted to leave and she told me, "good luck then, I'll definitely see you later to fix everything the other store will mess up for you, you'll be back." I had to politely smile and walk out. She even went as far as trying to get me to add an additional line I'd have zero use for that I didn't even need and saying "why not just do it for the free phone and just keep it somewhere." Huh? I was so confused and my fiance was just ready to leave and the persistence was overwhelming. I completely understand trying to make a sale, but my goodness, whoever trained this poor girl needs a lesson in boundaries. No means no honey. Worst part, that was in 15 minutes of being there.
