We were also expecting a traditional couples massage setup, but instead were placed in separate rooms connected by an open Jack and Jill style doorway, which felt a little awkward and not very relaxing. During the massage, I could constantly hear movement and the door being bumped into, which made it hard to fully unwind. I know a lot of people highly recommend this place, so maybe we just caught them on an off day. Personally, I didn't leave feeling much more relaxed than when I came in. That said, I did appreciate their pricing, and I'd be willing to give them another chance in the future.

I mean some of it was slow, deep, purposeful and intentional but some hand movements was fast (I REALLY dislike very much fast massages) disconcerting and very unrelaxing. In addition, she answered the phone 1x and got up 2x to answer the door. This was my biggest pet peeve last time and they still haven't hired an extra receptionist. In addition to that, the "hallway" where they massage is very unrelaxing and really does feel like a hallway. As in an afterthought or extra space they used just to stick extra chairs because they had no room elsewhere (which they don't). and when the ladies talked to each other, they weren't in complete whisper to be considerate of my paid quiet time.
