Asked for 60 minutes massage but got 45 mins one . The massage itself was okay but nothing to go out your to get. At least that's the truth for me personally. The lady who was helping me seemed to have trouble understanding and speaking English. Maybe due to this noticeable barrier the vibe just felt awkward so I wasn't as comfortable as I been with other places. When the massage was finish I was getting ready to leave and a tip was demanded. She didn't do what I asked and massage itself wasn't that good in all honesty. I was in shocked and gave her 5 dollars which she noticeably to me looked annoyed by that. I honestly wish to took my tip back after that. I left feeling uncomfortable and this person already had assumptions about the kind of customer I am preconceived. The employee is completely dishonest. When you ask to use the restroom they tell you there's no restroom but you're going to be a customer and they'll tell you that the bathroom is occupied.. I walked in myself and went to the bathroom while she was given a massage to the next customer. This place is this honest I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone because if you can't be honest on something simple as a letting your customer use the restroom you don't need to have a customer at all I recommend this place to be shut down because how do you tell the customer there is no restroom who's going to use your restroom and give your business they need work unprofessionalism when they're dealing with customers read more

They immediately had attitude towards us when we called in asking if they were available and that we would come in. We called twice to let them know we were near and when we entered they told us that we were late and in the most demanding way were telling us to choose the $50 service and when we suggested the $30 service ( ONLY BECAUSE THEY WERE BEING RUDE ) they scoffed at us and in an even more rude tone. The place has no ambience. It was cold and while the massage was great, the rooms are set up where you hear everything. At the end I asked if they could break a 20 and they thought I was tripping 20. Massage was ok... That's not what brought me to a one star review. I don't typically go out of my way to review places, but the post-massage experience is what brought me to this review. I gave a 10% tip after the massage for me and my girlfriend, to which the masseuse responded "that's not enough." I was appalled at this interaction. I asked "where [my] other $120 dollars went," only for her to say "it all goes to the boss, and the tip is not enough for us." Not to mention, I called prior to the massage to check if they did couples massages, they said yes; on arrival, though, my girlfriend and I were put in separate rooms. I will never return to this place. I don't recommend anyone go unless they wish to be chastised following an average massage. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went for a massage for the second time, my first experience was amazing. It included a heated massage table, friendly masseuse and perfect amount of pressure. However, this time I had the worst experience of my life. Right when we entered the door we were asked to pay and tip. In my mind I just was astonished at how I could determine a price for the tip when I hadn't even received my massage. Still I put down about 10%, only to have the lady call me back to the counter after I had already sat down saying the tip is not enough. It felt like they determined how well they would do according to the amount you tip. After waiting about 10 minutes we were called into our rooms, I changed, layer on the table and waited 15-20 minutes on a cold massage table before the masseuse walked in. The masseuse did not ask me what pressure I would like, and started right away on my neck. She started off with a good pressure, but after the first 5 minutes she the pressure went from about medium to 0. There was no method to which this masseuse massaged my body, she went from my legs to my back to my arm all in motion at times and at other times she would go from my lower back to my head and start focusing on my ears. After she grabbed 6-7 stones and put them all on my back with a towel underneath and left the room. I thought it couldn't get any worse as a laid there with my skin burning, but when she finally came back it got even worse. She grabbed a warm towel and scrubbed the life out of my arms and legs. It seemed like this lady had never given a massage in her life before. The entire time I was receiving the massage I was just waiting for it to be over. I typically do not take the time to write bad reviews, but I just want everyone to be aware and not waste their money like I did. Wish I had good stuff to say, but I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. read more

What a great deal, worth every penny! My daughter and I called them with a very unplanned 730pm arrival. They were on time, and very nice. We selected the foot massage for 60min - $30 Well let tell you, you get face, arms, neck, feet, legs, back, and it's all amazing! I haven't gone to get a massage in a long time due to the pandemic but I decided that now would be a good time to test the waters. I had called around 11 am to set an appointment for 1:30 as appointments are required. I paid $50 for 60 mins (kinda pricy but I get it) and then I go in for the massage. Overall, it was very good and I felt very relaxed, the ambiance was great! My masseuse was wearing a mask and she sanitized every time she had to step out of the room to get a towel. I am a bit sad that they don't do head massages anymore but the whole experience was fine without it. My main fear was that I would be asked to tip more, however, they were fine with how much I gave and I couldn't be more glad!! I would defintely come back again in the near future. Cons: only seems like there were 2 employees in the building despite having a lot of people coming in at 2:30. I wasn't able to get a picture of the pricing but it was $40 for 30 mins and $50 for 60 mins. I believe it was $70 for 90 mins though. read more

Relaxing quality massage at a very reasonable price. My wife and I were able to get a massage on relatively short notice and left very relaxed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs, applied the right pressure, and made sure that we were relaxed. The warm tools that they used to wipe the oils off of us were especially appreciated. This was my first visit here, and it was a great experience. I called the last minute and they were able to squeeze me in. Queenie was my massage therapist and she was great. She asked me what my problem areas were and where I wanted to focus as well as asking me during the massage if the pressure was okay. Staff was very professional and pleasant from the time I walked in until I left. If you use your credit card there's a $2 charge, but she did not charged me this time because I did not know that, she just let me know to bring cash next time. So I really appreciated that.
