My girlfriends and I got our permanent jewelry zapped here during Labor Day weekend during their 20% off sale! The staff was extremely sweet and answered all of our questions. They are in a kiosk outside of Nordstrom and adjacent to Wetzel Pretzel. They have a large variety of gold filled chains to choose from! If you're into the silver look, they have sterling silver chains to choose from. I have a really extreme metal allergy, so unfortunately although I considered getting a silver one, the sterling silver would not have worked for me. I wish they had 100% 14K gold or white gold, but that probably would have made the chains less affordable. The price point was great - $95 without the discount. The micro weld process was quick and easy! We were in and out in 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend.

This is my third permanent bracelet from this location. I had a lot of options to choose from. They now have purse charms. You can create very own purse charms. I also fell in love with the ring bracelet in silver. The service from Amiah was phenomenal. She has such a beautiful disposition with the customers. She was fast at getting my bracelet on my arm and assisting me with a charm. I did not purchase a charm, but the selection of charms is massive! The merchandise is worth every penny!! I received so many compliments on my bracelets. This location has beautiful jewelry overall. This is a must visit each time you visit The Grove. Horrible customer service. Went to get my anklet fixed, I didn't have the receipt from two years ago. But, I have purchased numerous bracelets here for myself, daughter, and son, and have always received a text message receipt. Yet, since it has been two years since I have purchased anything here I couldn't find the message. The lady checked my last four of the card I use and she said I have only bought bracelets not anklets and she was giving me an attitude the whole as if I was lying. I drove an hour here to purchase items because of the Instagram ads promoting the business, indicating they will fix it. Now why would I drive so far to get it fixed when I could have paid Bangles at Cerritos mall which is 5 minutes from me to fix it? Never will we be purchasing anything here. Had seen this location and wanted to bring the girls with me when my sister came into town. My kid and sister both got anklets $110 each Me and my niece had gotten bracelets. $95 each. All the pricing is the same whether it's a toddler or not. Since my niece was only 5 we didn't do it permanently and added a clasp to it. First I was a little shook on hers being the same price as my bracelet but the owner keeps all the pricing the same regardless of length. We had gotten all good filled, they do have one style solid gold little over $200. Along with offering 5 year warranty I believe. It's been few weeks and the jewelry is comfortable. You forget it's there most of the time. The owner is very kind and is there to answer any question you have. The process only takes couple minutes. Would recommend for anyone looking for danty chic look, also great for groups. read more

We are at the Grove LA location and the young lady working there is literally FaceTiming someone and totally ignoring my wife and her friend who would like some customer assistance. We are talking like for five minutes they are staring at her and she just keeps going on the phone. Obviously this company doesn't stress customer service of care too much about sales. After she realized she better get off the phone she did finally take care of them Update: the owner of Timeless Luxury reached out to me almost immediately and showed much care and concern for her business and that her customers are taken care of and have a great shopping experience. Please keep in mind, at the time of the quote, gold was valued at $5100 per ounce and when I visited, it dropped to $4600 per ounce. I came in, and was told it would be $400-$450 because my total carat weight was in actuality 1.58. I let them know about the estimate I received, to which she angrily said, this is why I hate it when they do online quotes, because people don't know what sizes they have. And then she also got upset because she doesn't know who gave me the quote because of the way Yelp profiles are set up. My mistake for the sizing, but it's not even a full 1/10th of a carat weight. An extra $100 for 0.08. I would understand an increase relative to the weight, had it been 2 total carat weight, that's completely reasonable at half a carat per $100. She said it costs $200 to source the settings, and it doesn't include the labor to polish and clean the item. She started stuttering when she was trying to justify the pricing, so I knew she was lying. A quick google search tells you differently, and they have access to warehouse pricing, so let's be real, she chose to arbitrarily charge more because she felt like it. I left and went with another local jeweler, where they gave me the exact same setting for $300. Don't take what they tell you at face value, do your own research, and make sure you don't get swindled by this business trying to take advantage because they think you don't know any better.

So now, we are already $14 out-of-pocket and we havent done anything but try to park and step inside. We get inside we look around and I honestly did not find the prices to be that different from a farmers market perhaps a slightly bigger bouquet, or a couple of dollars cheaper, but there was nothing that was like ooh, this is a great deal. We ended up buying a large bouquet of lilies for $25. There is a stall in the back that had what I would consider actually good price prices. Five stems for $10 and a big bushel of another kind of flower for $6. We got those as well. My partner also really liked the plant guy and bought a plant from him from $20. Now here is where I really will not be back. I stopped at a stall called Choice America. I saw a really pretty set of mum's and asked how much they were & was told $10. The guy helping me then confirmed that they were $10 with somebody else. He then went on to say that one with eight stems was a higher price that I don't remember because I knew I wasn't getting that.When I got to the counter to actually pay, the woman was going back-and-forth with another customer about some order. They both seemed equally frustrated. Why is this important?.. because when it was my time to pay she said $10. I handed her a $20 bill. She opens the register and pulls out a five and some ones throws up her hands. I deduced that already being frustrated this is just one more thing on top as she doesnt have enough change to give me and instead turns to me and says $12.50. I kind of stumble and I say for what... tax or something? and she goes yeah tax clearly lying! Even if they did charge tax, which no other stall did, sales tax in Los Angeles on $10 it's not $12.50. The unfortunate problem is that I am black and I am not afforded the luxury to say something back because then I'm seeing as an angry black woman, have the police called on me not being believed etc. etc. so I just have to bite the bullet and get scammed and ripped off of my money. My partner and I both agree that it was not worth the hassle to go, but he really wants to take me to the restaurant across the street so we would go back to the plant guy and we would go back to the stall in the back but even those are BIG IFS as neither of us has any desire to ever go back to the Flower Mart. I feel like overall. The whole place is a money grab, you should save your money and go to your local farmers market or visit one of the many other vendors that were around the area without having to pay an admission fee to even buy flowers. Or better yet be bold like the elderly lady who accosted us as we were leaving and asked "are you all done in there can I have your sticker?" I was already too flustered to even recognize what she was asking till after my partner happily handed his over.

They sent back another necklace- with allegedly more diamonds, but they didn't tell me about it until after. The necklace was now a couple inches longer (I can not later it with my existing necklace) and when I took it to the local jeweler again to have it inspected, he said it was not as they described in the appraisal certificate. So then they took $300 off and assured me it was due to the bezels. Overall, a shady and horrible experience.
